I appreciate that DecisionRules is easy to learn and work with for developing production-ready solutions. It's user-friendly for business users to maintain and optimize their decision-making processes, which allows for rapid iterations and quick reactions to changing circumstances. I also value its flexibility to integrate with multiple data sources and fit into an existing tech environment. The fact that it allows business users to make changes directly in the decisioning flow makes the process much more agile and less costly. Getting started with DecisionRules was very easy for me. Some elements of the decisioning process could be more easily implemented through coding by a developer, but allowing business users to manage the rules is a worthwhile tradeoff. I also think it would be useful to allow users to easily search context-appropriate templates or get support from an LLM for steps like setting thresholds for population segmentation, which can be laborious if done manually.
