**What do you like best about DealLab?**

I've been part of organizations that have tried to build a lot of these features in house which can work, but aren't quick and adjustable enough if changes need to be made to things like sales process.

I love using DealLab because it's configurable and gives sales orgs freedom in how they want sales people to work through joint customer programs. Additionally, being able to tag external customers on tasks has really increased productivity and given external customers some ownership into the products and services they've just paid for.

Deallab makes us feel like a team.

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

Nothing to say here yet. A new product with a lot of upside potential as they continue to grow their roadmap.

**What problems is DealLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has had the lucky problem of growing to a considerable size, but not having a standard language we all speak and guidelines we follow when rolling out joint customer plans for things like implementations and QBRs.

This gives our sales people guardrails to follow, helps managers have visibility into where a project is, and gives customers ownership in helping collaborate and drive a project forward.

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

Deallab centralizes everything you need to close deals faster. No more looking all over between email threads, demo recordings, and slack messages to figure out what's happening with a deal, where the key information and deck live, and what stage I'm in with a prospect. It makes it borderline impossible to get off track with potential customers. No more deals getting lost in email threads, because someone left a company, or the key decision makers are changing, because everyone can be caught up to speed pretty instantly as soon as they get in the DealLab. Love this tool!

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

Deal lab has been really great so far and I've got no complaints that have surfaced yet. Amazing that in my almost decade-long sales career, I've never had a tool that was so comprehensive in ensuring that I, my prospects, and my boss know exactly where what and when things are going on and have realistic timelines as to close dates for better planning and forecasting.

**What problems is DealLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealLab ensures prospects and sales people stay aligned through the entire buying process. This benefits me greatly in that it speeds up sales cycles, and ensures less deals are closed-lost due to reasons often out of my control until now.

The platform is very simple to adopt and I was able to build my first template and dealroom in only a couple minutes. Started using it with customers and they love being able to have everything all in one place and easily accessed.

DealLab enabled us to empower our customer users and influencers by providing them with all the details in one place. This facilitated their ability to secure management approval for the implementation of our solution.

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

DealLab is an awesome tool for a few reasons:

1. A single location to organize material being used or shared with prospects and other members of your team involved in a deal

2. Increases collaboration & communication during the sales process

3. Saves me a ton of time when gathering relevant information on a current deal and makes communication smooth & easy

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

No complaints or issues so far. I'm interested to see how this tool evolves over time.

This tool has helped keep me organized during my deal cycles. It enables smooth communication between prospect and seller.

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

I wish my team had this earlier on, particularly when we saw an influx of opportunities come through. It's much easier to consolidate information within DealLab and the tool has made our entire processes and knowledge-sharing much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

I've had no issues so far. The team has been highly responsive when they are provided feedback and changes are implemented very quickly.

**What problems is DealLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealLab especially helped us in 2 areas: information consolidation and easy knowledge transfer across internal team members. Now, our team does not have to spend extra time looking for information that had already been collected.

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

Helps my customers and I stay organized with everything related to our deals and projects. Platform is super easy to use and I can set up all information for customers really quickly, especially using Templates, so they can simply refer back to it when needed.

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

Young startup so some features are lacking, but I’ve been seeing the team push new features out weekly so confident the needed features will be there soon!

**What problems is DealLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The simplicity of the platform makes organization and communication with customers significantly clearer and saves me hours a week!

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

Deallab has afforded full deal transparency and visiblity for both the sales team and the prospect. After using the tool for a few weeks now I am amazed at how streamlined everything is. The setup takes no time at all!

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

So far there has been no issues with the the platform. It is still a new tool and I can't wait to see what comes down the line. No dislikes so far from my end.

**What problems is DealLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves customer confusion. It speeds up deal cycles and creates a very condusive environment for BOTH the sales team and the prospect. The reality is so much of sales is very one sided that does not foster or encourage collaboration with both parties, and DealLab solves that.

I love that this solution is so easy to use. It helps me keep track of updates during a deal cycle.

DealLab allows me to provide updates to prospective clients in a centralized location. It also allows me to maintain our Mutual Action Plan during an exaluation.

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

- this keeps me and the contacts at companies I am working with privy to everything we need to get done
- DealLab unlocks visibility and ensures both parties are privy to what we are solving for, why we are solving it, and all relevant documentation

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

DealLab is great. I don't have negative feedback here. It just makes sense.

I need to know that I've shared pertinent documentation and information with the prospective company. 

An important component of this is it also helps you validate how real a deal is.

**What do you like best about DealLab?**

This tool allows the team to effectively leverage assets created by the marketing team. We can easily mix and match different content in the deal room depending on the prospect's needs to ensure our content is relevant and impactful. Navigating the tools is straightforward.

**What do you dislike about DealLab?**

It's still a relatively new tool. Excited for new features and enhancements as they continue to grow.

**What problems is DealLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A large part of marketing's role is to ensure our messaging resonates with customers and is delivered in a format that meets them where they're at. Deallab allows marketers to easily share content in a digestible and easy-to-reference format for the customer/prospect.

simplifies my communication with customers from the very first follow up all the way until close. Organizes everything in a very digestible way for prospects who come in at any point in the sales cycle. extremely easy to use and straight forward!

nothing so far. team has been great to communicate with and feedback has been extremely responsive!

It makes our follow ups extremely concise and clear for our customers. Makes the customer experience very seamless from the get go so everyone is on the same page immediately

Nothing so far. They are a startup but clear communication with the founders and they push requested features extremely fast

Simplifies our follow up process and customer experience. Helps our customers have a single reference point for all deal related information and makes them less confused about what’s going on. Saves both the team and customers lots of time as a result!

DealLab has simplified my sales process tenfold. I would recommend DealLab to any sales team. More importantly, their team is great - always incredibly helpful. I love working with them.

I've had no issues so far. I'm excited to see the rollout on new features as the team develops them.
