What do you like best about DealLab?

I've been part of organizations that have tried to build a lot of these features in house which can work, but aren't quick and adjustable enough if changes need to be made to things like sales process.

I love using DealLab because it's configurable and gives sales orgs freedom in how they want sales people to work through joint customer programs. Additionally, being able to tag external customers on tasks has really increased productivity and given external customers some ownership into the products and services they've just paid for.

What do you dislike about DealLab?

What do you like best about DealLab?

Deallab centralizes everything you need to close deals faster. No more looking all over between email threads, demo recordings, and slack messages to figure out what's happening with a deal, where the key information and deck live, and what stage I'm in with a prospect. It makes it borderline impossible to get off track with potential customers. No more deals getting lost in email threads, because someone left a company, or the key decision makers are changing, because everyone can be caught up to speed pretty instantly as soon as they get in the DealLab. What do you dislike about DealLab?

Deal lab has been really great so far and I've got no complaints that have surfaced yet. Amazing that in my almost decade-long sales career, I've never had a tool that was so comprehensive in ensuring that I, my prospects, and my boss know exactly where what and when things are going on and have realistic timelines as to close dates for better planning and forecasting. What do you like best about DealLab?

DealLab is an awesome tool for a few reasons:

1. A single location to organize material being used or shared with prospects and other members of your team involved in a deal

2. Increases collaboration & communication during the sales process

What do you like best about DealLab?

Helps my customers and I stay organized with everything related to our deals and projects. Platform is super easy to use and I can set up all information for customers really quickly, especially using Templates, so they can simply refer back to it when needed.
