
I've been part of organizations that have tried to build a lot of these features in house which can work, but aren't quick and adjustable enough if changes need to be made to things like sales process.
I love using DealLab because it's configurable and gives sales orgs freedom in how they want sales people to work through joint customer programs. Additionally, being able to tag external customers on tasks has really increased productivity and given external customers some ownership into the products and services they've just paid for.
