  ### 1. Not a copycat CRE application;  in a class by itself

**What do you like best about DealGround?**

I wish I had DealGround when I started in the business!

This is not just another comps, listing or CRM service. DealGroud addresses a need in our industry that has been long overdue. They are in a class by themselves.

**What do you dislike about DealGround?**

The only downside is that I wish it was around sooner.

**What problems is DealGround solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ingestion, organization, and data mining of commercial real estate broker offering memorandums/brochures, including version control. This allows for instant query of key market data to support a far better approach to opportunity identification, prospecting and lead generation. 

The other tools in our industry either don't have this capability at all, CLAIM they do and/or don't understand the value. 

On any given day, a CRE Broker uses numerous disparate applications/systems (comps/research, listing services, CRM, public/title records, tenant/location data, etc). I can already envision being able to eliminate certain subscriptions/applications that are becoming redundant or obsolete due to the emergence of DealGround. Even as a new product entrant in the marketplace, DealGround already provides embedded/seamless parcel level public/title records, ownership research and chain/unit level tenant information. 

DealGround has become the first place I look to uncover prospecting priorities. Need to call property owners in immediate proximity to a recent closing? No problem. I can have a property list with ownership names, phones and emails within a few clicks. If I want to focus that same list by tenant, or by lease term remaining, or CURRENT NOI range, a few check boxes and I'm done.... ready to prospect. I can also communicate relevant trade area specific market data to any of those prospects instantly.

I can directly attribute several new deals in the pipeline to the use of DealGround, and I can't wait to see what new capabilities are next.

**What do you like best about DealGround?**

DealGround has become one of the most practical tools in my workflow. Beyond helping me evaluate sites quickly, I use it to store all of my Offering Memorandums and automatically pull the relevant information from them. It saves a massive amount of time versus manually sifting through each OM and ensures everything is organized and accessible in one place. The platform is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to compare opportunities and communicate insights to clients efficiently.

**What do you dislike about DealGround?**

My only “wish list” item is continued expansion of features as the platform grows. DealGround has already streamlined so much of my workflow that I find myself wanting even more capabilities—additional data layers, deeper OM parsing, and more customization.

**What problems is DealGround solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealGround eliminates the tedious process of gathering, organizing, and extracting information from OMs, comps, and site-data sources. By storing my OMs and auto-generating the key details, the platform streamlines BOV preparation, site selection work, and early underwriting for development and investment clients. It allows me to move faster, maintain cleaner deal organization, and elevate the quality of information I’m presenting.

**What do you like best about DealGround?**

It's a one stop shop where I can visually see properties that are on the market or have been marketing in the past.  Not only that, I drill down on any property to see the key lease data for that particular asset, which helps me determine if something is actionable or not.

**What do you dislike about DealGround?**

The product is in its infancy so things are being tweaked as you go, but with that the product is only getting better and better.

**What problems is DealGround solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a consolidated picture of commercial real estate that has been on the market or is currently on the market including key lease data of which I can determine what is actionable.

**What do you like best about DealGround?**

DealGround has saved me a ton of time and made prospecting way more efficient. One of the biggest wins for me is being able to search parcel ownership and find owner contact information. Even if it works on about 70% of my searches, that still saves me hours of digging through records and making bad phone calls to incorrect numbers.

**What do you dislike about DealGround?**

I didn’t have anything like this over the past 25 years. It helps me find archived brochures and owner contact info, for every search I canhow they found they information.

**What problems is DealGround solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, DealGround has become a really useful tool in my workflow because it helps me move faster, work smarter, and uncover information that would otherwise take a lot more time to find.

**What do you like best about DealGround?**

It saves me a lot of time while I'm prospecting. I can quickly see the entity that owns the property and more information on previous sales history. Being able to see the previous OM's for the properties that have it is extremely beneficial.

**What do you dislike about DealGround?**

There really isn't anything bad I can say. I wish I had access to this years ago when I started my career in  CRE.

**What problems is DealGround solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It pulls information I would normally have to go to different websites for all in one place. This save me a lot of time during my workday. It also seems like new features are coming out each day so I'm very excited on what's to come!

Having the ability to check comps, find accurate contacts quickly. It gives me a huge edge over any broker that doesn't have it.

**What do you dislike about DealGround?**

Honestly nothing really. The only thing is I wish we could put new leases into the system, without the property hitting the market for sale. BUT, they are working on it!

**What problems is DealGround solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data mining.
Finding leases that are about to come up. This is perfect for my tenants, my investors to buy and replace with stronger credit or rent (before anyone is aware of it)
Contact tracing.
Eliminates alot of time searching for comps/
