Having used the application extensively, this reviewer finds it unique in the commercial real estate space and addresses long-standing industry needs. The only downside is that they wish it had been available earlier.

It's a one stop shop where I can visually see properties that are on the market or have been marketing in the past. DealGround has saved me a ton of time and made prospecting way more efficient. One of the biggest wins for me is being able to search parcel ownership and find owner contact information.
