**What do you like best about DealDrive CRM?**

What I like most about DealDrive CRM is its AI-powered capabilities that help sales teams work smarter and close deals faster. The AI supports lead prioritization, highlights high-potential opportunities, and delivers actionable insights drawn from customer interactions and pipeline data.

The platform also cuts down on manual work by automating routine sales tasks, follow-ups, and data management, so the team can spend more time building relationships and driving revenue. Its AI-driven analytics and forecasting add clearer visibility into sales performance, helping managers make informed decisions and improve pipeline predictability.

Overall, DealDrive’s AI features turn raw sales data into meaningful insights, making it a valuable tool for boosting productivity, efficiency, and conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about DealDrive CRM?**

There isn’t much to dislike about DealDrive CRM. As with any evolving platform, some of the more advanced AI features and third-party integrations could be expanded further to better support specialized business requirements. That said, the product team is highly responsive to customer feedback and consistently rolls out enhancements and new capabilities.

Overall, the platform offers strong value, and any minor gaps are more than offset by its ease of use, AI-driven insights, and steady pace of improvement.

DealDrive CRM has helped us address several key sales challenges, such as scattered customer data, inefficient lead management, inconsistent follow-ups, and limited visibility into our sales pipeline.
