**What do you like best about dCRM?**

I like that it is ver complete and easy to use. Also it integrates very well with all microsoft tools. It is a great tool to handle with all your customers data. We use this tool globally in more than 100 countries

**What do you dislike about dCRM?**

The deisgn could be better but is ok in general.

**What problems is dCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

dCRM is helping us to handle all our customers and collab between teams, being able to qualify and assign lead to another person.

**What do you like best about dCRM?**

I work for a media company. The most helpful feature is tying a brand's marketing agency to the brand contact, giving a comprehensive chain of contacts and decision-makers.

**What do you dislike about dCRM?**

It's a somewhat clunky program and not as seamlessly integrated as other leading CRMs on the market today.

**What problems is dCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of client tasks and deadlines more than anything. It's also nice to have a client's orders right next to all the communication we've had with the client.
