What do you like best about DCirrus?

DCirrus offers a highly secure, user-friendly Virtual Data Room that’s perfect for confidential document sharing during due diligence, audits, and fundraising. The platform’s AI-driven audit trail (TimeFox) gives deep insights into user behavior like scroll tracking and time spent per page, which is extremely useful for compliance and decision-making. What do you like best about DCirrus?

I liked thier 24x7 support and the ease of use of thier daa room. They have great functinalities which had helped me in conducting a complex due diligence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCirrus?

They are cloud based and their on premise system is a bit costly and complex to set up. Since we wanted to set up the data room quickly so we had set up the cloud based data room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DCirrus?

Dcirrus Virtual Data Room is an easy to use Virtual Data Room solution used for conducting due diligence for IPO. I found the VDR platform secure and fast. Their 24x7 support is great and the dedicated manager put all efforts to make sure that the due diligence process runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCirrus?

Well nothing to mention here because my experience was great with DCirrus but they can improve a bit on their user guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DCirrus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data Security and exchanging the same with third party consultants including lawyers, investment bankers, accounting firms etc. during due diligence process is challenging because of sensitivity of the deals .
