As a Cost Accountant with basic Syspro DB access, dbForge’s bundle of SQL tools gave me fast wins: smart code completion and a visual query builder that cut query time, plus reliable data/schema compare features to validate reports before I publish them. Those capabilities make building accurate, auditable monthly and ad-hoc reports much easier — which translated into measurable time savings and helped me demonstrate extra value to management. Pricing comes in tiered editions (Express → Standard → Professional → Enterprise), so heavier features can require an upgrade; still, the productivity gains justified the cost for my role. The SQL query editor: Syntax Highlighting and Code Completion make quick work of writing queries. The auto-complete and intelligent suggestions significantly speed up my process.

Schema Compare functions: The visual representation of schema differences, along with the ability to synchronize databases with a single click, ensures that your development and production environments stay in sync.

Data Compare Functions: Enalbes you to compare and synchronize data between tables. The feature helps me maintain consistency across multiple different databases.

User Interface: Well designed with a thoughtful layout and organization.

Lacking a few features that I still have to use Azure SQL Studio for:

1. The ability to be able to open a working directory containing scripts.

We bought the SQL Toolset and it has made a world of difference in our company.

We use all the "extras" provided by the tools in SSMS. The most used are the db source control, generating insert and update statements based on the results window, tab auto completion of field names, etc

However, the best and most used one, the one that cut our deployment time from days to hours (to sometimes minutes), is the DATA COMPARE TOOL.

We searched for a tool to deploy our content change from QA to Production for years, and nothing could do the job.

Devart Data Compare tool is the best tool EVER!!!

The tool has a great UI that allows you to pick and choose which data changes to deploy then generates the script for deployment.

The final script is then tested and deployed to production.

The tool works really well, there are no bugs or unexpected errors.

We have been using it now for a couple of years and never had any issues with it.

We often comment on how easy the process now is, how good the tool is, and how much time it saves us on a weekly basis.

We cannot say enough about the Data Compare tool, it's worth every cent.
