**What do you like best about dbaPlatform?**

I was having issues coupling a Merchant Center account with a product feed for a car dealer. They were able to fix our issues, something we'd been dealing with for two months, in just 48 hours. 

River, Dylan, and Andy were super supportive and responsive to our requests. They are truly a fantastic team and without hyperbole, my experience with DBAP was the best customer service I've had in over 10 years in dealing with software services. 

I cannot recommend them enough.

**What do you dislike about dbaPlatform?**

There is really nothing to dislike about DBA. As I onboard more clients, I will update if things change.

**What problems is dbaPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DBAP was able to create and couple an auto sales product feed to the client's Google Merchant Center account.

The expertise and experience of the team surpass anyone else I have worked with. They consistently deliver effective solutions to complex problems that are simply superior to those offered by the competition.

So far, there isn't a thing about it I don't like.

**What do you like best about dbaPlatform?**

My favorite thing about dbaPlatform is that it allows my team and I to manage our client Google listings and schedule photos, Q&As and posts in advance. It's such a huge help to us as we manage so many individual locations, to schedule weeks to months worth of content/information in one go.
I like that dbaPlatform is easy to use too. It's intuitive so there's minimal training required, especially if you've worked with similar tools and/or Google listings previously. Plus, they have training videos readily available in the platform itslef. 
My company was using another vendor for this previously and the people and the platform caused us more work. The platform was clunky and broke on a weekly basis, plus their customer service was garbage. We were told over and over it would be fixed soon and passed onto one customer success manager to the next. We switched everything over to dbaPlatform and have had virtually no issues since. When something glitches or we're unsure how to do something, in-platform support is immediately helpful. No long wait times or tickets.
We also like that we've been able to manage Google Vehicle Listing Ads here as well.

**What do you dislike about dbaPlatform?**

I really don't have anything negative to say about it!

**What problems is dbaPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using dbaPlatform, we were going into the individual Google listings each week to publish photos, posts and Q&As and do any other updates to manage them, like special hours. Working in an agency, getting ahead on work and being able to schedule things in advance is more of a necessity than a luxury. You never know when a client is going to throw something at you that's due tomorrow. dbaPlatform allows us to schedule all these things out in advance so we can use our time to better serve our clients in other areas. It's honestly been a game-changer for us that we now don't have to remember weekly or put a recurring weekly event in our calendars to do these things.

**What do you like best about dbaPlatform?**

For more than a decade, I have leveraged various 'Local SEO' tools and platforms to manage and scale hundreds of business locations online. I've tried everything from freemium tools to Enterprise products that cost 6 figures per year. I am pleased to say that dbaPlatform is the BEST on the market and it just keeps getting better as new features are continually added, or existing features are improved. This year alone, I have added more than one hundred new business locations to the platform and am happy to keep doing so. The platform offers vital Local Search tools at reasonable costs and is supported with excellent customer care, all of which, make the management process simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about dbaPlatform?**

Nothing, really. Their customer service is amazing, and the product works!

**What problems is dbaPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting nearly 1,000 business locations over the years, including large national chains, DBA allows scaling efforts quickly, tracking performance globally across brands, and maintaining accurate and beneficial online business listings, as well as managing large-scale communications loops regarding customer feedback via Google Reviews, and QA during the sales process and customer lifecycle. Additionally, the platform brings together connections with the large core platforms we want to be seen on and manage profiles for, but also distributes updates to clean up legacy business information across hundreds of business profiles through their direct relationships with Data Aggregators who help scale the work globally.

My team has been working with dba platform for 3 years now, and I have always been very happy with the account support and progress. Our account rep, Ryan McCallister, has always been great to work with, actively explains his recommendations and shares best practices.

The managed services portion has been great. I'm not a core user of the actual platform.

I work for a large grocery retailer and DBA has been integral on our search journey and in cleaning up our Google profiles and starting advertising more actively across Google.

The customer support I get, Ryan Sanberg and Ryan McCallister have always gone above and beyond to help me with any listing issue. Ryan Sandberg has stepped up when we needed changes made with difficult Google issues

The Commandpad feels antiquated. Could be a more user friendly by updating the UI/UX

dba is always on the cutting edge of what's happening in the world of local SEO.  Their partnerships with leaders in search such as Google and Microsoft help facilitate quick resolutions to any challenges we encounter.  They're constantly growing and expanding their service offerings, evolving the platform along the way.

**What do you dislike about dbaPlatform?**

Sometimes there are some growing pains like bugs, etc. when you're growing things so quickly, but nothing that isn't quickly addressed.

**What problems is dbaPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're helping us route inventory to business listings, post inventory to social channels, and sponsor inventory listings and ads across search.  This is helping us creat wide-spread visibility for our dealer partners, generating website traffic, leads, and sales.

DBA has a great and communicative team that helps our agency get the best out of their dynamic platform which we use to best serve our clients.

**What do you dislike about dbaPlatform?**

My only compliant would be that I have to frequently clear my cache to access the platform, which then logs me out of all of my other accounts.

DBA's system is automated, so once I onboard a client they take care of the rest as far as syncing their listing across platforms and building links which si greatly helpful.

dbaPlatform makes it 10 times easier to manage GBP listings for all of my clients. Anytime I have a question- DBA is there to help assist and point me in the right direction if they are unsure of the right answer.

There are no downsides to using dbaPlatform!

dba makes it easier to update and manage all listings. When you manage many clients and GBP listings, it is easy to have a one-stop-shop for all and edit each listing quickly rather than manually.

Our team uses dbaPlatform weekly. The platform is very easy to navigate & implementation is straightforward.

We have had a few issues with incorrect information feeding into some Google Business Profiles, but the team was quick to fix those.

The primary problem that dbaPlatform is solving for us is helping to manage our Merchant center account and inventory feeds. Location listing management is an added bonus for us.

The tool makes our teams lives so much easier, and I love it because of the level of efficiency it provides.

I do wish we could see the scheduled content in a calendar view rather than just a list view.

We also use them for organic inventory listing which is great.  dbaPlatform solves for product listings, GBP posts and photos, Q&A, and Review Management.

they helped me set up google vehicle listing ads and walked me through the process for a large amount of dealerships, very easy to use, was able to use it frequently, easy integration.

downsides of using the platform was my groups share inventory and it was difficuly to get lisitng feeds seperated

I called and talked to the team about joining the dba platform. Even though the rep was at a tradeshow/conference, he took my call and helped me understand how it could benefit our business needs. 
I had several helpful phone calls and trainings with the dba team. They have always been quick to respond to my questions and give me feedback.

Wish I had found it sooner. It's great!!

The team is able to latch on to an existing process we have going while offering solid optimization and know-how for campaigns to come.  Its feather light in terms of the account support.

Onboarding platform could use some enhancement for notifications upon status changes.

We have needs for ongoing optimization and management of digital ad campaigns.  The dbaPlatform team is able to leverage all campaign types and remove the burden of manually deep diving accounts in order to fulfill spend/performance objectives.

Allowed us to be competive on the google home page and we instantly saw the lead flow increase.  We liked the different services they could offer us.  We will be using the platform for some of their other features as well.  Highly recommended.  Customer support was there when we needed any small guidance.

We did not experience any downsides to using the dbaPlatform.

Program is very easy to use and offers a multitude of features. Outside the platform the entire DBA team is easily accesible and offer great customer receive 24/7.

dbaPlatform is a great tool that every digital marketing agency should have and utilize. Since we started using it at Local Owl Digital, we've seen incredible results for our clients

It can be a little bit of a challenge to get the hang of it, but once you do, everything is pretty straight forward

**What do you like best about dbaPlatform?**

dbaPlatform has been amazing in helping my agency to manage Google My Business Listings for clients. It's incredibly streamlined to focus on Google My Business management tools, alone, which is great because there are so many other platforms out there trying to be an all-in-one solution - which is great for a lot of systems - but not for GMB. Google My Business is the most important part of a location-based business, so it needs a set of tools all by itself. That's what dba does best. Plus, Matt and Egan from their support chat are super fast and they've helped my team understand exactly what's needed to increase client performance on Google Maps numerous times. Kudos to them! 

**What do you dislike about dbaPlatform?**

The reporting seems a bit wonky at the moment. I can't figure out where to locate reports or how to edit them. I also don't know how they come up with the numbers they display. 

**Recommendations to others considering dbaPlatform:**

Use the photo tool, the posts tool and the call tracking tool. The others are sort-of 'meh', but those 3 are amazing. Oh and I think they also just bought LocalFalcon to have a local ranking tool which is fantastic! Use that if that's true. 

**What problems is dbaPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to effortlessly leverage GMB Posts and Photos to increase engagement on client GMB listings. It's actually amazing how well it works.
