My favorite thing about dbaPlatform is that it allows my team and I to manage our client Google listings and schedule photos, Q&As and posts in advance. It's such a huge help to us as we manage so many individual locations, to schedule weeks to months worth of content/information in one go.

I like that dbaPlatform is easy to use too. It's intuitive so there's minimal training required, especially if you've worked with similar tools and/or Google listings previously. Plus, they have training videos readily available in the platform itslef.

My company was using another vendor for this previously and the people and the platform caused us more work. The platform was clunky and broke on a weekly basis, plus their customer service was garbage. We were told over and over it would be fixed soon and passed onto one customer success manager to the next. We switched everything over to dbaPlatform and have had virtually no issues since. When something glitches or we're unsure how to do something, in-platform support is immediately helpful. No long wait times or tickets.

I am pleased to say that dbaPlatform is the BEST on the market and it just keeps getting better as new features are continually added, or existing features are improved. This year alone, I have added more than one hundred new business locations to the platform and am happy to keep doing so.
