"Software Developer II for UX"

What do you like best?

For me, in one word Daydream was - Effortless. From design to look n feel to comfort- daydream is super light and portable for a VR device. It's very comfortable for first time users specifically. I started my own VR experience with a Daydream. Also the sleek remote controller makes you confident while navigating through the experience and at the same time is very cute. Even for development of games and thereafter testing it, Daydream is very easy to use and carry around.

What do you dislike?

I believe the only the thing Daydream lacks is its support for varied range of mobile platforms and compatibility. It is not compatible with a ton of devices which makes it not very useful for a broader audience.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't get super stuck on the fact that its only compatible with a certain number of cellphone models. It's worth a try!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am trying to develop a game where people build their customized robots with whom they thereby interact with in order to reduce stress levels, specifically in teenagers. Having used multiple VR devices, it was always difficult to carry them out in the field to test it with the 'real audience'. With daydream, that biggest challenged was resolved which gave not only better feedback but also helped in broadening our project's base.
