Nothing I can think of. I like everything about Datto SaaS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datto SaaS Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring our clients that they don't just have a OneDrive backup of their data but they have all the tenant data available for either one year retention or infinite. They can always depend on the fact their data is there. Users leave and get converted to shared mailboxes and suddenly the client wants the onedrive data. After unlicensing an account you can't get data back from OneDrive but you can from SaaS as far you they need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy backup for a mostly overlooked part of customerdata"

What do you like best about Datto SaaS Protection?

It is extremely easy to recover anything ranging from mails to onedrives and sharepoint data.

All we needed to do in regards of implementation was login under an admin account to retrieve all the permissions and it was fully done.

Restoring is easy, selecting specific snapshots works fine and the retention is massive (can depend on contract) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto SaaS Protection?

Troublshooting when an error/warning occurs is close to impossible yourself, you do have to rely on Datto support (Though I have had zero issues with the support) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
