I have had a single mailbox reporting failures since day one, with a known issue that has yet to be resolved for over a year now. **What problems is Datto SaaS Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our clients are always moving more into cloud-hosted services. With any on-site infrastructure, we would always back up their data to an isolated location to protect it from bad actors (deletions, ransomware). It's a low-cost per-seat price, and if you ever did need to contact support, it's backed by Datto's superior customer service. It takes about 3 minutes for initial setup, and the recurring passive income shows up every month. If you're a Datto RMM/PSA user, it integrates with the rest of your services quite nicely.
