They actively refuse to provide a writable API. Want to dump contacts into Kaseya Quote Manager? Better buy Autotask or ConnectWise Manage. If you use Kaseya BMS you are screwed, not allowed to even write your own integration. It is clear they have a write API, but only provide it to their partners ConnectWise and Datto, not their over decade long customers. The ability to add formatted text is critical to good information that is readable and usable. This is easy to roll out with templated quotes as well. **What do you dislike about Kaseya Quote Manager?** I wish that the quote colors could have more options. Also, the discount tiers are not as numerous (limit 3) as we would like.
