They actively refuse to provide a writable API. Want to dump contacts into Kaseya Quote Manager? Better buy Autotask or ConnectWise Manage. If you use Kaseya BMS you are screwed, not allowed to even write your own integration. It is clear they have a write API, but only provide it to their partners ConnectWise and Datto, not their over decade long customers.
