Datavare IMAP to IMAP Migration Tool facilitates direct migration of mailboxes from one IMAP Server to another. With all attachments, IMAP emails are migrated from one account to another. Only correct login details of both IMAP accounts are needed to migrate mailboxes.

**What do you like best about Datavare Mail Migration Tool?**

It is a most helpful tool in which users' accounts can be migrated quickly and efficiently. It is of great help with a large number of source mail systems. Also, users can be migrated in batches. The mail migration tool works for both on-premises and hosted systems.

**What do you dislike about Datavare Mail Migration Tool?**

They are not in particular downsides but a certain limit imposed using Datavare tool needs access to IMAP ports, also at times needs to prepare a CSV file with the list of users with a max of 50,000 rows. Also, additional which needs to be required is users and mailboxes must be provisioned before migration.

**What problems is Datavare Mail Migration Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped greatly to my organization all mailboxes content is migrated. Worked with as old as Exchange 2003 and newer . Simple and quick migration solution. I and my whole team had smooth migration from Windows live mail data to outlook in no time and without any hindrance in work.
