Winpharm is a smaller company that delivers big. I love that I have a relationship with them, and know their employees well. The best part of running this software is the people and philosophy they carry. From sales, onboarding, engineering, billing to support departments, all of the teams are very helpful. They genuinely want to figure out ways to assist and make the application adapt to business needs. We have engaged with Winpharm on several occasions looking for assistance or ideas for change. Best technical support and price with all functionality of retail pharmacy. Any time we have questions help is just phone call away. Technical support is the best you can get from any software vendor. Company works towards whats best for us (clients) and not for their bottomline. Some one who is not from the industry was able to quickly understand and use this software in no time. They also have excellent video tutorial to learn the software at your own pace. If there is ever an issue with service, Datascan is quick to respond and remedy. In business it is unrealistic to expect you will never have an issue.
