What do you like best about Datananas?

With datananas, I can engage with my prospects in personalized sales sequences (for emails or calls for example) and it is synced to my CRM to keep my lead queue up to date !

When I have a write new sequence, the real-time inspector help me to optimise my emails so they I reach my deliverability and response goals

I can now focus on qualified leads and high value tasks : sign contracts ;-)

What do you dislike about Datananas?

The AI for the automatic email builder is not optimised, maybe because it is new.

Datananas is a complete solution which brings more and more developments and integrations as and when Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datananas solving and how is that benefiting you?

Datananas allows us to do a real work of clearing in our prospecting and therefore to focus on the contacts who are interested in our services, this saves time.

We can also easily distinguish our targets and thus personalize the approaches for each, we do not send the same email to a law firm as to a manager of a factory for example.

The possibility of creating multiple personalized sequences is also a strength, a typology of contacts can thus be integrated into different sequences according to what we want to say.

Another interesting point, beyond the email, it is possible to schedule sending messages on Linkedin or even phone calls.

The Datananas Connect is very interesting and important because it will make it possible to follow day by day the tasks launched: recall a person, send an invitation on Linkedin ... This allows to lose no contact and therefore no lead potential!

Also, the different statuses assigned to the contact allow them to be classified: responded positively / negatively, bad data, etc. The filtered view is also very interesting for finding the right contacts (example: I am looking for a contact who answered me in a sequence on the CIOs of the automotive industry). The possibility to encapsulate contents, to follow campaigns statistics and to manage multi-accounts customers.

DATANANAS in an important brick of our stack marketing and digital selling solutions in lead management. We have been using the platform since March 2019 as a tool permitting to convert leads coming first from Linkedin. What do you like best about Datananas?

The marketing automation works like a charm. The AI classifying automatically the incoming e-mails and routing them out of funnel is amazing! I am now able to automate my marketing to hundreds of leads at the time and only focus my time on hot leads instead of wasting my time on cold leads. Automating the sending of many e-mails throughout a period of time without having to plan it by myself helps me to manage the potential hot leads without getting into a situation where too many leads contacted me at the same time. What do you like best about Datananas?

Thanks to Datananas, I have significantly reduced all the time-consuming tasks during my prospecting activities. I create my different personas in Excel, transfer them to Datananas, and it does the work for me. Since I started using the tool, I am much more efficient than before. What do you dislike about Datananas?

Ergonomics... There is a lack of a true user experience behind it. You should look into making short videos, 2-3 minutes long, to present each feature in 10 steps. This would allow you to free up time and direct clients to intuitive tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datananas?

What I like the best about datananas is the fact that this tool makes me gain a lot of time weekly. It's really useful in term of contacting people we know (clients) but also new people who we'd like to approach through email sequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datananas?

There's not much I dislike about the tool... Maybe some part would need to be review - for instance, we should be able to delate variables and also change the automatique answer field. Sometimes the IA makes mistakes and write an answer as automatic when it's really someone answering.. What bothers me the most is that we cannot correct the IA... There's everything to gain while joigning datananas... As mentioned prior, datananas has helped me in my time management. I'm not spending so much time trying to get to people, now they get back to me by themselves... This is such a time gaining experience ! What problems is Datananas solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of time ... I was spending a lot of time trying to contact all of my clients by phone but with datananas this time consuming phone calls are being replaced by automatic sequences which are very usefull. Indeed, if people do not answer to the first email, they receive a second one and up until they get back to me. This is definitely a time gaining experience ! Time is money after all..
