We can also easily distinguish our targets and thus personalize the approaches for each, we do not send the same email to a law firm as to a manager of a factory for example. The possibility of creating multiple personalized sequences is also a strength, a typology of contacts can thus be integrated into different sequences according to what we want to say. Another interesting point, beyond the email, it is possible to schedule sending messages on Linkedin or even phone calls. The Datananas Connect is very interesting and important because it will make it possible to follow day by day the tasks launched: recall a person, send an invitation on Linkedin ... This allows to lose no contact and therefore no lead potential! Also, the different statuses assigned to the contact allow them to be classified: responded positively / negatively, bad data, etc. The filtered view is also very interesting for finding the right contacts (example: I am looking for a contact who answered me in a sequence on the CIOs of the automotive industry). ### 5. The AI classifying automatically the incoming e-mails and routing them out of funnel is amazing! You should look into making short videos, 2-3 minutes long, to present each feature in 10 steps. Maybe some part would need to be review - for instance, we should be able to delate variables and also change the automatique answer field. Sometimes the IA makes mistakes and write an answer as automatic when it's really someone answering.. What bothers me the most is that we cannot correct the IA... **Recommendations to others considering Datananas:** There's everything to gain while joigning datananas... As mentioned prior, datananas has helped me in my time management. I'm not spending so much time trying to get to people, now they get back to me by themselves... I was spending a lot of time trying to contact all of my clients by phone but with datananas this time consuming phone calls are being replaced by automatic sequences which are very usefull. The fact they have a public roadmap is definitely giving me confidence in their capacity of developing the job done. **Recommendations to others considering Datananas:** Figuring out the compelling event that has our prospects looking for a solution like ours was the key to making this project successful. I would definitely advise to ask Datananas for a personalized onboarding as they have the skills to figure out what that compelling event is and where to find it. If the compelling event isn't visible on the web and impossible to scrape data from then they offer an adequate data partner. The knowledge they have because of their past experience as data sellers gives them the right positioning to orient you towards the right data provider. **What problems is Datananas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we use Datananas the major part of our outbound is fully automated. Since we use the software our sales don't need to prospect anymore. They concentrate on executing demos & closing. This really pushes our conversion rates to the sky ! Since we use the software we multiplied by 5 the number of deals our sales manage each and or conversion rate it still improving but has already trippled. For me the management of my team has become much easier. Since everything is automated I can make sure that follow up is done and in the task management overview I can check if calls have been executed. ### 23.
