**What do you like best about Datalligence?**

The tool is feature rich and allows for a lot of customisation, not requiring us to keep going back and forth with the development team. Its an extremely easy to use tool, with multiple options for measuring Key Results. User find it easy to navigate the various options  as well as update their progress at frequencies that they would like to. migrating of historic data has been seamless. In my exprerience, it has been one of the easiest implementations of a new tool for an entire org.

**What do you dislike about Datalligence?**

I have not come across any major challenges that the team is not willing to consider so far.

**What problems is Datalligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have benefitted immensely and have been able to manage the following far more efficiently than before. Being in the development sector, combined with the fact that we are a 'not profit organisation' the complexities of having a central team like any other org as well as sector teams with varied goals is a challenge in itself. This tools has helped cater to varied requirements while still being to bring about uniformity and consistency to the process. Some key benefits are listed below

**What do you like best about Datalligence?**

The tool is very easy to use, highly customizable in terms of how we want to set up our goals and reviews and helps our business to bring transparency across all departments and teams to achieve and track our overall business goals. So far the customer support is spot on and has helped us resolve our queries immediately.

**What do you dislike about Datalligence?**

As of now, we are still in the exploration phase with the entire team recently onboarded. There are no major concerns as of now and I am hopeful the support team can resolve any future blockers if faced any.

Helps bring transparency in the tasks we do so that the senior leadership knows what each person does in order to achieve our overall goals. It also help us to collaborate each other to act on any issues/blockers, to assist each other to succeed in their goals. Everything is measured and goals formulated are more meaningful and result oriented.

The Software packs a good load of application suiting for most of the companies in various Domains.

There are a lot of Domain Specific features required in the Software, which are untapped.
The Response team can be a little bit more Proactive.
The Navigation can be made a little easy to understand and to use from TPP

Datalligence is a cool thing that helps the team to get the system and goals in sync with the company's big picture. It has awesome customer support to make the whole thing easy implementation.

We have not encountered any problems so far.

Before, we used to track our OKRs with excel or gsheets, but it was hard to keep things organized as our team grew. I wanted to find a good platform to use in our organization, and I discovered datalligence, a customer friendly tool that helps us achieve our goals. Datalligence has many features that make it easy to set, monitor and review our OKRs. For example, it has a dashboard that shows our progress, a feedback system that allows us to communicate with our peers and managers, and a reporting function that generates insights and recommendations.

**What do you like best about Datalligence?**

For context, we were just getting started with OKRs, and that's when I happened to meet the founders, Remya and Dharma. My requirement was simple. Since it's our first attempt at OKRs, we had these criteria:

1. Simple to start and adopt
2. Guide us through the process
3. Start lean at the lowest cost before we scale

I have tried multiple vendors and products, but Datalligence easily was the best value proposition for starting the OKR program. If you are beginning on OKRs, look no further, Datalligence is the right tool. We still continue to use it in subsequent programs. 

The tool is under active development and quickly launching new features. I expect them to come up with new ways to stand out.

**What do you dislike about Datalligence?**

The visual aspects and the user experience could use some improvement. 
The reporting features are limited, but ̛I have seen constant new updates during my first five months of usage.

**What problems is Datalligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We got to roll out our OKR program very fast and effectively. The team was very active in guiding us through the process. The response times were exceptional. I have not seen this with any of our other vendors so far.

This tool defines the Job Description clearly and moreover, it defines KRA’s on which one  performance is rated


In OKR The KRA and the Objectives are mapped clearly and simplified.  


Datalligence AI software metrics are well defined for E-commerce companies like us that intend to help us to deliver the best service to our buyers and sellers.

We are firm believers in process-oriented performance and in that way, this really helps our staff's performance and their day-to-day activities.

**What do you like best about Datalligence?**

Datalligence team is very helpful and ensures that the customer 's needs are completely met.  They go to great lengths to ensure complete customer satisfaction and beyond.    Very friendly team, very flexible and adaptable software that will satisfy the different needs and expectations of different kinds of customers.

**What do you dislike about Datalligence?**

Hardly anything.  Many of the new features and some new products I understand are being developed at their end.  I only wish that these are released very soon.

**What problems is Datalligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a software that could help us solve the issue of constant performance monitoring that was required in terms of Sales numbers and other Operational areas.  And Datalligence has resolved this to our satisfaction.  We now have our OKRs, right from the Directors to the field teammates in the software and we review them once a week.  This has helped us ensure that we are on track to fulfill our company objectives on all fronts.

**What do you like best about Datalligence?**

Thanks to Datalligence Team. Their OKR tool has helped us to align Goals with various frameworks we use at our hospital, like Hoshin Kanri (X Matrix), Total Quality Management framework, and people development with our internal values, TICKER. Earlier, we were on spreadsheets, and this OKR tool makes alignment so simple and easy, from Annual Goals (3-5 years) to Company Objectives (1 year) to Department Objectives till every member of the Organisation. Now each one has clear OKRs to refer to and do weekly check-in to understand their current progress, their Department, and the Organisation.  

Special appreciation and thanks to Dharma and Ramya for their efforts to help us align all the Goals in a cascading order from the top to every action we do. For Goal Alignment, I can't ask for a better tool.

Datalligence is an amazing platform as it helps companies align their goals and objectives with such brilliance that the employee's contribution towards the attainment of the goals can be tracked and evaluated. The progress shown by the teams on the platform is an excellent feature that assist the company track the progress of the goals and revise strategy timely to achieve them.

The only feature that is suggested to be upgraded on the platform is the option to extract reports pertaining to the OKRs entered into the system as per alignment with key results and child objectives. The OKRs can only be viewed in Tree Alignment form but cannot be extracted.

Datalligence is really helpful in tracking the progress towards the goals of the company. It helps in redefining strategies considering the status shown through the Check-ins helps the company identify the pace towards the achievement of the goal and whether there is a need to revisit the strategies to help achieve the Company goals.

Datalligence has eased the centralised tracking. We can set cross-functional OKRs very efficiently, This is really helpful in growing startups like us. The insight generated by Datalligence is really impressive, We don't have to decode anything we can analyse everyone's performance very quickly.

We asked for a feature and learned it's already in their pipeline. They have a really good support system.
