The data is frequently used across all across the team. **What do you dislike about Datafiniti?** Cost is one thing which definitely can be reconsidered when using this tool. Were quick to give "samples". **What do you dislike about Datafiniti?** They were not effective at fixing the issues. Overstated their capabilities. We spent quite a bit of money with them, could not use the data. They took the money. I felt like we were the Quality Control department. I guess most of their customers blindly use their data. **What problems is Datafiniti solving and how is that benefiting you?** We gave them a few months to iron out their issues. After many rounds with the customer service, we figure it out but a ton a credits were wasted on test runs. Their matching algorithm is weak and I had to manually review / verify leads for accuracy. What a pain! Definitely recommend hunter.io, emailfinder and zoominfo instead. **Recommendations to others considering Datafiniti:** Seek other options. **What problems is Datafiniti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client services will help you when the documentation is lagging but only to a point. If the data you need is supported by Datafiniti, they are probably your best best.
