**What do you like best about DataDocks?**

The most helpful part of using DataDocks is the flexibility to add notes, tabs, tags, etc. We are able to customize appointments to meet our business needs. Something not working just right? A simple email or phone call and DataDocks has us back up and running FAST!

**What do you dislike about DataDocks?**

Honestly, the main downside for me is that we haven’t kept up with the technology. DataDocks offers so much more than what we’re currently using, and I really wish we were taking advantage of it.

**What problems is DataDocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to struggle using a dock and yard type setup using Microsoft Teams Calendar. It wasn't efficient at all. We used another company for a while but it was too expensive and they didn't like how we were using the tool. We were upfront with DataDocks about our concerns and how we operate as a business and they created a solution that fit our business needs.

I find DataDocks extremely easy to use, and I think the AI assistant Kyle really makes things easier. The support and service staff are outstanding, with support always available, very friendly, and helpful. Kris Jags is top-notch. The initial setup was 'easier than easy.'

DataDocks ensures one appointment per dock, keeping staff informed. Its ease of use, friendly support, and AI assistant Kyle simplify operations.

**What do you like best about DataDocks?**

Ability to manage the rules for customers to utilize and autobook appointments - Saves cost and coordination challenges. Dumps of reports are handy for analysis.

**What do you dislike about DataDocks?**

Although they claim seamless integration potential, the API integration possibilities are limited for a logistics software. Hinders using this as an added plugin around any larger existing ecosystem/platforms.

**What problems is DataDocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time visibility. Customer access and user level moderation with rules for external stakeholders. Monitoring KPIs like Turn around time & giving accurate data on the same.

Customer Book where customers can schedule the dock delivery. Amazing saves a lot of cost and manpower wastage.

**What do you like best about DataDocks?**

My favorite logistics solutions software, scheduling is effortless in DataDocs. 
The customer service team is proactive and responsive and has unparalleled customer service.
Different levels of appointment booking were superb 🧡

**What do you dislike about DataDocks?**

Always endless love for DataDocs. From appointment setting up to tracking, everything is straightforward. I did not find any bad side in DataDocs.

**What problems is DataDocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was the complete solution for logistics support.  From appointment booking to logistics tracking, it was the champ for everything.

The document upload feature is excellent.
