All we did was set up a few pipelines by entering our credentials and tweaking some source-specific parameters like breakdown criteria, frequency of update, etc. to suit our client’s needs, and that’s it. Now, Eleven different sources are being automatically aggregated & delivered into our AWS Redshift warehouse, at a granularity and frequency of our choosing without us ever writing a single piece of code whatsoever. With DataChannel, our team is now free to solely focus on strategizing campaigns, optimizing ROAS, measuring real-time KPIs, etc., instead of worrying about manual data pulls and data manipulation. To be honest, nothing comes to my mind right now, unlike many others, this product for once actually does what it claims. The interface is rich & inclusive and might take some adjusting to, however, once you are past that, it’s smooth sailing. That’s to be expected with any new tool, but it’s worth the time to train on it to unlock the power it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to reap new insights from the data which we always had is an enlightening experience. We were able to add a number of sources spanning a variety of verticles such as Google ads, Facebook pages, Shopify, Leadsquared, etc., without ever writing a single line of code. All it required was a few clicks and now our entire data is delivered to us in a dedicated warehouse at a granularity and frequency of our choosing. Prior to DataChannel, my team was deferring to manual reports, pivot tables, and built in dashboards on our advertising channels. Data Channel helped us save tons of time with the repetitive data download, cleaning, and aggregation. A much more detailed visibility into the reasons behind pipeline errors would be a nice addition to have. Although in times of uncertainty, we directly contact the DataChannel team for clarity and resolution, and they are ever ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DataChannel offers a wide selection of data sources. They also offer support in building a connector if it is not available in the list of ready-made connectors.

With DataChannel, the onboarding process was very smooth. They provide training, service, and support till you are fully able to manage the data warehouse on your own.

DataChannel is able to pull in data at the most granular level with no restriction on a number of sources or accounts. We are now able to draw insights from our data at the creative and adset level as well.

Simple pricing model with clear visibility into the usage.
