By their insight and aid i am very sure that my company remain compliant to all prevailing data regulations. This has given me a complete assurance of my companies safety from loss of data or the infringement of other people right to private information. Gratitude for their hands on training goes without saying, they made the regulations really simple and got us into practice. **What do you dislike about Databasix?** Databasix somehow neglects meeting compliance requirements and have arguments about their reporting functions. Data flow analytics and security risks reporting instruments need to be improved considerably, so, they are able to provide more insightful data. Doing so would let me foresee and take actions to eliminate all facets of weakness, thus assuring program's wellbeing. **What problems is Databasix solving and how is that benefiting you?** What used to be the nuisance of working with complicated data and the need to process and back it up is no longer a problem for me with Databasix now, which lets my time and resources be used to run the business successfully. They provide support to keep my business within all the legal boundaries while preserving my reputation in the market and protecting my customers. ### 2. John Cornwell of the Newport News Fire Department is self taught, and he developed this software because of the need in the department. This software has the capability to handle rosters/ phone books, records, certifications, leave/ overtime, Email and SMS notifications, reporting, on scene information. John is always available to seek out new ideas from personnel to ensure that the end user is getting exactly the right tool for the job. If the software, doesn't already do it, it's an idea he sees fit, John will develop the idea into his software. Typically within the same week as the request if not sooner. **What do you dislike about Databasix?** I have used this software from it's infancy stages, and the program is only getting better. He takes input, and turns any dislikes into likes quickly. I feel in the near future John will have to hire employees to assist with the work load that he is about to receive from this great program. **Recommendations to others considering Databasix:** Highly recommend. The customer service is outstanding. **What problems is Databasix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have gone from several forms of documentation, i.e. paper/ electronic/ one software for this/ one software for that, and rolled it all into one with John's customizable software.
