The AI summary, wins, and Issues sections are helpful. **What do you dislike about DashThis?** We are unable apply advanced filters by conversion names in Google ads, and are unable to embed Looker Studio reports, which are at times more advances in terms of filters. We've been using DashThis for 3 years at our digital marketing agency (plutonic.dk), and what baffles me the most is the level of customer support you get. With 3 years behind as a customer and an ever growing industry with new channels and integrations to come it is inevitable that there will be no questions from our side. So once in a while when we had some issues or questions DashThis has always been quick to reply and come to assistance, which is really nice. **What do you dislike about DashThis?** There is not much to dislike about DashThis, and it is also hard to pinpoint anything, since we been a happy customer for almost 3 years. DashThis offered us a free trial while we were making our decision and Marie-Claude was AMAZING!!! Had she not been patient, thorough, and timely in her responses, we most likely wouldn't have chosen DashThis. They are blessed to have her on their team! For some of the other companies we were looking at, we never even got to use their free trial because they simply didn't respond to questions. Which brings me to my next topic, customer service. DashThis gets back to you fast and even sends "how to" videos showing exactly how to accomplish a task. I can't speak highly enough about DashThis sales, account management, and client support. **What do you dislike about DashThis?** I am not sure this is in DashThis control, however when the max number of API calls have been reached for a specific dashboard, you have to wait until the next hour to finish updating the dashboard. It would also be nice if when scrolling through a note, multi-column, or column list widget, the scroller automatically adjusted rather than having to remember to pull the box down to see the full text. **What problems is DashThis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clients LOVE their new monthly reporting metrics and seeing their company colors and logo on their reports. We love DashThis for their support, engagement, helpful tips, and listening to client feedback! We asked for a few things (thinking maybe down the road they would happen) and BOOM, next thing we know, the feature is released in a beta version, and we were able to utilize it! When I returned to my official platforms, the numbers were not consistent with DashThis. The support ensured me that there was no error, but that did not explain the inconsistency in the data. I love the ability to white label our reports. When we switched (over a year ago), our clients raved about the new reports. How clean they were and the graphics were easy to read. Even if you don't "love", DashThis - how could you not - their customer service is the best. The reps go out of their way to make sure that you get the metrics you need, help you in a jam. Our CS rep will typically get back within minutes, if not an hour for any question I've had. They are constantly rolling out new features and tweaking current features to make it more user-friendly for users. You can pretty much do anything in DashThis. Reports for almost any metric. In fact, in one dashboard I provided complete campaign numbers for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business, Google Analytics, AND email. Phew, it was a big job, but I was able to do all of it within my DashThis dashboard. I would highly recommend DashThis to anyone looking to create reports for their clients (or self). **What do you dislike about DashThis?** It currently doesn't integrate with HubSpot. I could prob do a workaround and download a CSV and upload, but I currently manually adjust a widget each week to include on my reports. Some of the more granules (like really drill down) for Google Ads, you can't get. We have tried FunnelDash and Octoboard and they both had so many flaws it was insane. FunnelDash crashed almost constantly to the point we couldn't ever get the information to the client. Octoboard is not built for Facebook Ads Managers. The metrics do not match Ads Manager. There is no way to report on custom conversions, no matter what they say in Support. Speaking of Support, they are helpful but SOO difficult to get ahold of. I was having so many issues with their platform that they actually recommended DashThis. I couldn't be happier with it. It's user-friendly yet extremely customizable. I was able to put together a beautiful, comprehensive Ads Dashboard within an afternoon. My favorite feature is the ads preview where you can see the ads and click on them while in the dashboard report. Yannick at DashThis has been amazing to work with and has been a big reason we love DashThis. He's answered all of our questions day of and provided screenshots and how-to guides at every step. Any platform that doesn't have an API to plug into DashThis can easily be turned into a custom CVS data to add to reporting. **What do you dislike about DashThis?** I wish that with one reports, you could compare different time frames. Currently, to compare year over year, you have to have a separate report to also look at month over month. **Recommendations to others considering DashThis:** I find the customer service from DashThis is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Our rep has even made personalized videos demonstrating exactly how to do things if I couldn't find the answers in the knowledge base. Easy overall platform, though mapping out CSV's for custom data can be a bit difficult. **What problems is DashThis solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use DashThis to have a reporting dashboard that updates regularly to share with clients. It has made reporting easier with built in API connections and importing CSV data. ### 50.
