It makes it easy to manage video content with features for data management, content distribution, and analytics. It can be easily integrated with multiple platforms at the same time and that really solves multiple challenges at once. **What do you dislike about Dalet Flex?** Ooyala's integration with the ad serving platform is not as good in terms of user interface and user experience.The user interface could be improved (making it more like YouTube and Vimeo). **What problems is Dalet Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analytics is the key to understand user behavior that will help organizations build on KPIs, and Ooyala's analytics features do that so well and give you an insight into customer behavior. Ooyala's capability to integrate with Slack makes it easier for the team to be on the same page and work towards the same direction. ### 3. The resources are easy to locate in the application and it is the main video style that is supported by Drupal. The site is accessible attached to either a company intranet or personal connection. **What do you dislike about Dalet Flex?** The site itself is rather unreliable at times and crashes rather easily. The site is rather outdated compared to other competitors and is not as easy to use as Youtube for example. **Recommendations to others considering Dalet Flex:** Ooyala gets the job done, but the embedded URLs do require some editing, specifically in Drupal. The site is at times unreliable and will require you to reload the video multiple times, though the process is rather quick overall. **What problems is Dalet Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is standardizing the different videos we are uploading to our various sites so that we can easily locate and store them on Ooyala. ### 4.
