## daasity Reviews
 ### 1. Flexible Data Aggregation with Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oren R. | Associate Manager, Web Analytics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about daasity?**

I use Daasity every day to pull reports and answer questions critical to my role as a DTC analyst. It effectively solves the problem of aggregating data from different sources using built-in and ad-hoc integrations, providing all the data in a common data warehouse along with a BI tool. This allows me to pull reports, schedule data sends to others, and push data into platforms like Klaviyo and TikTok. I really like the flexibility in the questions it lets me answer, because I can pull data from custom sources, create custom data models, write custom code, and put everything in a manifest that will refresh the data daily and create dashboards, so stakeholders always have up-to-date insights. Additionally, I use it to push data into Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo, which enhances our data integration capabilities.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

Daasity can have a steep learning curve, it might be difficult to understand for new users. Daasity's support documentation could be greatly improved.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Daasity to aggregate data from various sources into a common warehouse with BI tools, enabling me to pull reports, schedule data sends, and push data into platforms like Klaviyo and Tiktok.

 ### 2. Flexible Data Platform That Scales With Your Business Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah D. | Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Daasity really excels at centralizing data from across our eCommerce and marketing ecosystem, allowing for deep analysis and detailed customer insights, including segmentation and lifecycle reporting. We’ve also gotten a lot of value from its flexibility and customization capabilities. As our reporting needs within the business have grown, we’ve been able to evolve our data models, explores, and reporting to match. Also, we’ve loved working with our Merchant Strategist, who is very dialed into our workflow and does a great job keeping projects moving forward.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

There are occasional data delays and minor bugs, and some datasets require some customization before they’re fully actionable for our use cases. While these aren’t dealbreakers, they do add some overhead and additional support to getting our data fully dialed in before we can derive insights. That said, issues are typically resolved quickly and support has been responsive.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data consolidation across sources is huge, giving us a single, reliable source of truth. While some manual effort still exists, it's vastly more efficient due to Daasity. As we've grown, custimizations have been crucial to support more cross-functional questions and has greatly improved our speed to insight. We've also unlocked more advanced customer analysis and rolled out integration across other components of our marketing stack, ultimately helping us scale our analytics capabilities for the business.

 ### 3. Daasity Unified Our Data and Reporting with Custom Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Daasity has been instrumental in consolidating our data across platforms — Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, Northbeam, and our marketing channels — into a single source of truth. The ability to build custom dashboards tailored to each department means our teams can focus on the metrics that actually matter to them, without wading through irrelevant data. It's transformed how we approach reporting and marketing attribution.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

The one area I'd like to see improvement is support responsiveness. Given how central Daasity is to our reporting infrastructure, quicker response times when issues arise would go a long way

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Daasity solves for us is data consolidation across a complex tech stack. Connecting Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, Northbeam, and our marketing data into a single platform has eliminated the manual work of piecing together reports and given each department a reliable, tailored view of their KPIs. The biggest benefit has been clarity — everyone is working from the same data, which leads to better alignment and smarter decisions.

 ### 4. Flexible and Supportive Data Integration Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin B. | Sr Director of Product, Insights & Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about daasity?**

I use Daasity for data collection and visualization, and it has helped automate manual work and connect data in one central place, making it easy to connect various data points. I like how open and flexible the Daasity team is, as they spent time learning my business needs and making suggestions. If there wasn't an existing way to get what I needed, they always found a creative way to guide my project, even if it meant more work for them. They were able to accommodate all of my various requests to see data differently, which fits my complex business with unique needs.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

I don't think this is necessarily Daasity's issue but at times the data is not accurate or complete or delivered on time so it delays our analysis. It's complicated to tap into dozens of platforms and expect everything to go smoothly. It did take us longer to implement vs our original plan but we ran into some challenges along the way.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daasity automates manual work and centralizes data, making it easy to connect various data points.

 ### 5. A Flexible Data Backbone for Shopify, Amazon, and Subscription Analytics.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about daasity?**

What I like most about Daasity is how it automates and standardizes data modeling across all of our core channels—Shopify, Amazon, and subscription data—so we’re not constantly reconciling metrics across platforms. The prebuilt data models for LTV, cohort analysis, and retention have been especially valuable, as they eliminate hours of manual SQL work and ensure everyone is working off the same definitions.

I regularly use the Snowflake integration and direct SQL access, which gives me the flexibility to go beyond dashboards and build more advanced analyses like churn deep dives, order segmentation, and AOV/LTV bridges. That balance between having reliable, out-of-the-box reporting and the ability to customize has significantly improved my workflow.

One unexpected benefit has been how much faster we can audit and validate data. Instead of spending time tracking down discrepancies between systems, Daasity provides a centralized source of truth, which makes it easier to identify issues like double-counted orders or missing attributes. Their support team has also been highly responsive and reactive—when issues come up or edge cases need clarification, they’re quick to investigate and provide clear solutions, which helps keep projects moving without delays.

Overall, it’s helped shift my time from data cleanup to actually generating insights and driving decisions.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

One area where Daasity could improve is the UI/UX, particularly when navigating between datasets and dashboards. While the platform is powerful, it can sometimes feel less intuitive when trying to locate specific tables or understand data lineage, which can slow down onboarding for new users. Improving discoverability and adding clearer documentation within the interface would make it easier to use day-to-day.

On the integrations side, although Daasity connects well with major platforms like Shopify and Amazon, handling edge cases or custom data (such as unique order attributes or marketplace nuances) can require additional manual work or support involvement. More flexibility or self-service options for customizing data pipelines would reduce dependency on external help.

Performance can also be inconsistent at times, especially when working with large datasets or complex queries in Snowflake. This can slow down analysis workflows and make iteration less efficient. Enhancements around query optimization or caching frequently used datasets could help improve speed.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, Daasity is a significant investment, particularly for teams that still need to allocate internal resources for custom analysis. While the value is there, more transparency around usage-based costs or clearer packaging of features could help teams better forecast and justify spend.

Support has been responsive and helpful, but there can still be a reliance on their team for resolving data discrepancies or implementing changes. Expanding self-serve tooling, documentation, and onboarding resources would empower teams to move faster independently.

Lastly, while Daasity provides strong foundational analytics, there is an opportunity to expand its AI and predictive capabilities. Features like automated anomaly detection, forecasting, or proactive insights would add another layer of value and help teams move from reactive analysis to more forward-looking decision-making.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Daasity, we struggled with fragmented data across multiple platforms—Shopify, Amazon, subscription tools, and marketing systems—all with slightly different definitions of key metrics. This made it time-consuming to reconcile numbers, build consistent reporting, and trust outputs for decision-making. Simple analyses like LTV, cohort retention, or order segmentation often required significant manual SQL work and ongoing validation.

With Daasity, that process has been streamlined through centralized data modeling and standardized metrics. Now we can quickly access reliable, prebuilt datasets for LTV, cohorts, and performance reporting, which has significantly reduced the time spent on data preparation. What used to take hours (or days) of querying and reconciliation can now be done in a fraction of the time, allowing us to focus more on insights rather than data cleanup.

This has directly improved our workflow efficiency—saving several hours each week on recurring analyses—and increased confidence in our reporting across teams. The integration with Snowflake also allows us to extend analyses when needed, without starting from scratch, which improves both speed and flexibility.

From an ROI perspective, the biggest benefit has been time savings and improved decision-making. By having a single source of truth, we’re able to identify issues like order discrepancies or performance shifts much faster, which helps prevent downstream reporting errors. While there is still some reliance on support for edge cases, their responsiveness helps minimize delays and keeps projects moving.

Overall, Daasity solves the problem of disconnected, inconsistent data and turns it into a reliable, scalable analytics foundation—allowing us to move faster, reduce manual work, and make more informed decisions.

 ### 6. Great all-in-one data warehousing and reporting platform, but sometimes data sync has issues.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Jose C. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about daasity?**

As long as your data sources are already included in their integrations, this will work great for you. They also have dashboard templates for not data experts to create visualizations. The "backend" is Looker based so you'll find some docs and help for your projects.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

As it's Looker-based, the learning curve is quite steep, and data modeling is coding-extensive. It's a great and robust tool for data governance and modeling, but for prototyping or super-interactive dashboards it's not the greatest one.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines most of our data sources in a single warehouse when we can build all sort of reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Of course, to get the most of it, SQL and some basic-intermediate coding knowledge is required.

 ### 7. Comprehensive analytics suite for small businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

With daasity, I'm able to get critical insights and answers to how our business is performing. Today, the D2C world is littered with analytics across multiple platforms. With daasity, we're able to combine these data points into a comprehensive view of our business. daasity contains helpful pre-formatted reports, yet I find the custom report suite creation to be the most valuable asset. Finally, the daasity agency provides helpful solutions when we have unique business questions and needs.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

There are a few platforms that are not yet automated (we market in a few unique channels), so at times there is manual entry to create an overall marketing performance. That said, Daasity has made progress in consistently adding more platforms into their automation. Finally, at times I wish a few reports would refresh in real time (they do overnight).

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing analytics; comprehensive view of ad spend metrics (ROAS, CPA, etc.); customer insights and research; operational KPIs (shipping performance, etc.); exception reporting.

 ### 8. Best solution to solve your data stack!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loren S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

With Daasity, you can implement a very sophisticated data infrastructure without having a big data team. For those with data teams, it arms them with a flexible tool they need to be most efficient. The data structure is built, tested and used by experts that have been merchants before.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

ot something I dislike, but a word of advice: The way it is intended to be leveraged, the enterprise version of Daasity is not canned reporting dashboards. You need someone data-forward to manage the platform to actualize its success across your business. If you don't have that, you should leverage their agency.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daasity gives me and my company a single source of truth to drive true revenue growth and cost saving. Cohort, LTV analysis, no other ELT company is thinking about this in the way Daasity does so tailored to our industry.

 ### 9. Solid Analytics Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Daasity's suite of integrations makes ingesting and consolidating new data sources straightforward and efficient. This makes it easy to build a powerful data warehouse to answer our most challenging business questions. In addition, the Daasity team is very helpful in assisting us when we to customize our data sources for specific business rules and reporting needs. Our Daasity Team partners are also generally very helpful and our relationship is more akin to teammates instead of 3rd party vendors.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

The Daasity workflow, while very comprehensive, is also very time consuming. If we could optimize the workflow and reduce execution time then we could increase the  cadence of updates. This would provide a number of positive benefits. Our data would be more timely, and in the event of a workflow execution issue, we could amend those problems more rapidly.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daasity is a key partner in integrating the hundreds of data sources we require to run our business. Without Daasity, we would need an expensive internal team and Daasity's robust architecture allows us a time and cost efficient means to scale our business.

 ### 10. I couldn't do my job without Daasity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan W. | VP of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Building your own reports without having to build a custom BI solution is incredible for smaller teams. Daasity is powerful and affordable and can unlock incredible customer and business insights for teams of all sizes when used correctly.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

There is a learning curve when using Daasity / Looker to build your own reports (which is where it's most powerful). I recommend spending the time to learn the tool before deciding it's "not useful."

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daasity allows us to identify potential fulfillment issues, and allows us to dive deep into customer segmentation (as defined by us) to track how certain behaviors drive LTV patterns. We use it to make forecasting, operational, and marketing decisions.

 ### 11. Daasity has out-of-the-box reports/dashboards, but shines when you can get customized reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph Z. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Daasity has out-of-the-box reports/dashboards, but shines when you can get customized reporting. If you have premium support, you can get their team to create dashboards and reports specific to your vision, so long as your systems are all connected (GA, Shopify, other integrations, etc).

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

The downside is a somewhat difficult learning curve if you want to create dashboards yourself. But that's the nature of something like Daasity - if there's that much potential to pull from so many data sources, it's bound to be tough to make something if you're a casual user.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because each of your programs/apps can only report on what they think is important out-of-the-box, it's tough to see data sometimes if you're looking to merge two apps and don't want to manually create charts/tables. Daasity let's us see all the data in different ways after you pre-build some dashboards and presents the data much better than GA or Shopify sometimes even.

 ### 12. Great white glove service with merchant success team!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki B. | SVP Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Daasity has helped us to analyze our business in a very holistic way, allowing us to pull in data feeds from the many systems we use.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

The visualizations can be overly complex, but daasity support team can assist you to build out something custom for your teams needs.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daasity is helping us to build a true attribution model

 ### 13. Multi-channel analytics tool for growing CPG business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Excellent ecommerce and amazon out of the box functionality. Customization value added for bespoke marketing programs, in particular influencer. Also ability to integrate selling from specialty retailer partners for a 360 view of business performance.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

Ultimately a great tool for growing a growing brand - but does require dedicated management from the brand-side to ensure customizations are executed to brand intent - and that data quality remains intact.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single source of truth for sales and marketing analytics across selling channels (ecomm & retail)

 ### 14. Build your single source of truth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan D. | SVP, Global Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

low cost, automated ETL that integrates all your disparate data to get a view on the health of your business

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

hard to know how performance of your business compares to the competition

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

inventory turns, forecasting, customer segmentation and LTV, marketing channel attribution and performance.

 ### 15. Fast and insightful one on one support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Creating a customized dashboard is easy when you have a dedicated rep who works quickly and accurately. Darcy, my rep, is particularly great at providing examples, suggestions, and multiple options. She's helped me create a dashboard that offers insights beyond what I had expected from our initial conversation.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

The tool isn't super intuitive to use on your own, so I'm constantly reaching out to my rep for help. I also find that creating a separate excel file to pull in data is redundant. I also wish that it was possible to add markers to events to call out initiatives.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daasity is helping me track different segments of customers, products and KPIs. I can dive into trends based on when products were purchased and select segments that drive sales.

 ### 16. Potential for a great solution, still needs work, data model is top notch!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shazal G. | Director of data and analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2022

**What do you like best about daasity?**

Data models and data architecture is more complete when compared to competitors, especially for Shopify. Amazon seller central integration was way easier to implement compared to other solutions. Daasity has connectors that other solutions simply don't have or just can't output a proper data model. Also like the fact that they have professional services to do custom work as needed, very useful when you don't have a data team.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

Their solution is based on them hosting all your data on their own Snowflake instance, although they are very flexible in loading data to your own Snowflake instance, in which case this installs a lot of objects that are non relevant to you and doesn't adhere to your Snowflake architecture principles since you have no control on the installation. This means that if you have your own Snowflake instance, you can't set everything up yourself.

This is good for an organization that doesn't have a data team at all, but for organizations with a data team and data engineers within, this is harder to manage and maintain, not to mention the security aspect of giving over the password so they can install the necessary architecture in Snowflake themselves.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping organizations with no data teams to quickly get access to data outside of the application. Developing connectors that other solutions didn't develop and doing a great job at it.

 ### 17. Powerful tool for ecommerce brands that need analysis

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about daasity?**

The self-serve nature of the product really allows you to surface insights that you need quick access to.

**What do you dislike about daasity?**

It wasn't a great fit for us because a lot of our business exists in retail, which can't be programmatically captured. And as our business grows in retail it will continue to be harder to attribute revenue and advertising spend effectively.

**What problems is daasity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us pull our ecommerce data in from Shopify and Amazon, and understand SKU affiliation better.
