I recently used D2D Express for a delivery, and overall, it was a really good experience.The delivery was fast, and my package arrived safely without any damage. The staff was polite and professional, and I could easily track my parcel through their system. Everything felt smooth and organized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the tracking updates took a little longer to refresh, and their customer support could be quicker when it’s busy. Also, they don’t yet cover some smaller or remote areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The process for booking was so easy and simple. I had an urgent delivery and the biggest relief was that the pickup was on time. The delivery person was so polite and professional. There was transparency too. There are no hidden charges or extra fees. The customer service was incredible. It made me feel valued being a customer. I DO NOT THINK THERE IS ANY RHYME OR REASON AS TO WHEN PARTS ORDERS LIST ON D2D EXPRESS. I WISH ORDERS POPULATED AT THE TOP OF EVERY HOUR, EVERY HALF HOUR, OR WITH SOME REGULARITY. AS IS, YOU NEED TO KEEP A WATCHFUL EYE ON D2D EXPRESS THROUGHOUT THE DAY OR YOU WILL MISS MANY SALE OPPORTUNITIES, WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I CHECK THE D2DEXPRESS TAB MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL SOME OLD INVENTORY TO DEALERS LOOKING FOR BACK-ORDERED PARTS. RATHER THEN SELL PARTS AT A LOSS, WE ARE ACTUALLY ABLE TO SELL FOR A SLIGHT PROFIT, AND FORD MOTOR COMPANY COVERS THE SHIPPING. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THERE IS NO RHYME OR REASON AS TO WHEN PARTS APPEAR ON D2DEXPRESS. SOME PARTS IN HIGH DEMAND ARE FILLED WITHIN A MINUTE OR TWO, SO IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING TO MISS SALES DURING BUSY DAYS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

D2D Express is a great service for getting rid of idle inventory. Used this service at my old company. We had a ton of parts idle in inventory. We were able to move this out pretty quickly using this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
