I like that it provides a quick snapshot of business' credit profile, how much credit it recommends extending, and is visually easy to see at a glance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding the correct business; it may autofill to something close to what I'm looking for but doesn't quite get it right all the time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are relatively new to the tool so my feedback is only for the past few months since implementing it. So far the feedback I have received is the users appreciate the user-friendly interface and easy navigation which has enhanced their credit decision-making and makes it easier to assess creditworthiness. Many find it effective for automating credit decisions and managing risk. The data seems to be more robust than our previous tool allowing for more accurate evaluations to minimize risk. As stated, we are relatively new users so I haven’t had much negative feedback at this point. However, from talking to users outside my organization, I have received feedback that the tool is very expensive compared to similar ones on the market and the data can be inconsistent and inaccurate at times.
