Describe the project or task Cyvatar.ai helped with:

The Cyvatar team helped get us cyber secure. They got all our computers protected and took all the maintenance and remediation off our hands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cyvatar.ai?

I like that we are protected and secure from risks known and unknown. Also, if anything should happen, the Cyvatar team is on it and will handle the remediation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyvatar.ai?

It was a little more involved than we anticipated to get set up, which was likely our misconception versus an expectation that was set and missed. The team is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cyvatar.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant benefit is that it took cyber security off our plate and into the hands of the experts. We don't have to dabble and waste time in an area that isn't our expertise. We got that time back, thanks to Cyvatar.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cyvatar.ai?

Cyvatar has helped me to gain confidence that all of the rocks I should be turning over are being turned over. The flexible scheduling and willingness to expedite have been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyvatar.ai?

Some of the plug and play tools they use don't seem to be made for my tech stack, which is pretty vanilla. They're willing to work around it, but it's slowing down progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On behalf of the Cyvatar team, we thank you so much for taking time to share your experience on G2. I'm the Vice President of Member Experience and Delivery and have shared your positive feedback with the team to ensure we continue our efforts have made an impact on your experience. I researched the tools that may provide a challenge and understand that we have seen for some small businesses that possibly leverage only partial features of applications or free versions, may not be able to leverage the full plug-in play capabilities of the security tools, until ready to upgrade to a full/paid version of the applications that you are looking to plug in. Love hearing that the team was able to identify a work around. That is part of the beauty of working with Cyvatar, our members have full support for solutions rather than having to figure it out on your own. We value your membership and wish you continued security!
