## Cyrisma Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Penetration Testing with CYRISMA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I like CYRISMA for its ease of use, which makes it simple to set up penetration tests for dealerships. It also provides dealerships with a tool to cover IT technical requirements effectively.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

More resources to allow the setup of the system would be helpful. Sometimes you set up a child account, and it doesn't link to a parent because of human error.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CYRISMA to set up penetration tests for dealerships, making it easier to meet IT technical requirements. It's easy to use.

  ### 2. CYRISMA offers strong consolidation value, needs enhancements in data correlation & patch coverage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jathin D. | Head of Technology and MSS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I had the opportunity to evaluate the CYRISMA platform and found it to be a well-designed and intuitive solution. The product offers several valuable features that are highly relevant for today’s cybersecurity needs—particularly in areas such as vulnerability assessment, data discovery, secure configuration baselining, and identity monitoring.

What stands out is CYRISMA’s ability to consolidate multiple capabilities into a single platform, which can significantly reduce operational complexity and tool sprawl. For organizations looking for a cost-effective solution that streamlines core cybersecurity functions, CYRISMA is definitely worth considering. It strikes a good balance between functionality, usability, and affordability, making it suitable for both mid-sized and enterprise environments.

Overall, it’s a solid platform with potential to become a central part of an organization’s risk management and compliance strategy.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

there are areas that would benefit from improvement. The user interface, while functional, is not very intuitive and can be challenging to navigate—particularly when trying to correlate information across modules. Enhancing the UI/UX for easier access and interpretation of insights would significantly improve usability.

Additionally, while the platform ingests data from multiple sources, the correlation between these datasets and the resulting actionable intelligence could be more robust. There’s a noticeable gap in how well the platform translates raw data into meaningful insights and recommended actions. Strengthening this capability would greatly enhance its value as a central risk management tool.

Lastly, coverage around patch management is an area of concern. A more comprehensive and integrated approach to patch visibility and prioritization would round out the platform’s capabilities.

In summary, CYRISMA is a strong contender for organizations seeking a consolidated cybersecurity platform, and with some targeted improvements—particularly in UI, data correlation, and patch coverage—it has the potential to deliver even greater impact.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CYRISMA addresses the challenge of managing multiple cybersecurity tools by consolidating key functions—such as vulnerability assessment, data discovery, asset visibility, and secure configuration—into a single, unified platform. This consolidation is especially beneficial for the SMB market, where resources are often limited and managing multiple security tools can be costly and complex. CYRISMA simplifies operations, reduces tool sprawl, and provides a centralized view of cyber risk. The result is faster decision-making, improved compliance visibility, and significant cost savings in both licensing and operational overhead—making enterprise-grade security more accessible to smaller organizations.

  ### 3. Produces actionable insights into the environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph M. | Chief Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I was introduced to Cyrisma at a Brainstorm K-20 conference where multiple school districts, colleges, and universities mentioned that it was part of their recovery process after compromise. They mentioned that if they'd had it before compromise, they may have been able to prevent it and would certainly have reduced the impact. That got my attention and I reached out to Cyrisma for a demo when I returned from the conference.

It's very easy to leverage the platform and to understand how to take advantage of the information presented. It gives actionable insight into different aspects of our environment and the reporting is such that it has immediate benefit to everyone. I'm able to assign mitigation plans directly to the users who own the data and our university president even asks for updated metrics to include in annual reports to the board of trustees.

I'll add that they've been on a very steady plan for platform improvement. In addition to adding new features, they're making the UX/UI easier to use and they're working on the back end to eliminate issues that have come to light as they've scaled outwards. The support and development team are very engaged in providing quick resolution to issues and when we report problems to them, we feel that they're given rapid attention.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

I wish they had an API that allowed us to automate the process of creating and reporting on scans and assigning mitigation plans.

I'm looking forward to SSO integration with Entra and I hope that it includes retrieving department and manager information to hopefully eliminate the amount of manual maintenance I have to do with the system. I've heard rumors that it's coming soon and I'm anxious to get on board!

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data inventory has been a troublesome issue. Cyrisma made the inventory and mitigation extremely simple. Our techs don't have to be involved since users get their mitigation plans and act on them directly.

Changes to GLBA require a lot more in-depth action than in the past, including reporting to our Board of Trustees. Cyrisma's reports allowed us to take action quickly and I can produce board reports with a click of a button.

We're able to produce secure baseline reports to our cyber liability insurer and their patch management system has made our techs' lives easier.

  ### 4. Solid, No-Nonsense Vulnerability Management That Actually Gets Things Done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony Z. | Cyber Security Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

What I like best about CYRISMA is how it delivers actionable vulnerability intelligence without drowning you in irrelevant data. After using it for over 2.5 years, I appreciate that when I open the dashboard, I can immediately identify vulnerabilities and understand what needs to be fixed, rather than sifting through system specs and diagnostic information that doesn't help me solve problems. The platform has evolved significantly during my time using it, particularly with the addition of integrated patch management features including an autopatch capability that lets you "set it and forget it." This eliminated the need for a separate patch management solution and really speeds up my patch deployments. The dashboard is simple but highly functional, making top vulnerability lists easily accessible with excellent CSV export options for both summary and detailed data. CYRISMA excels at comprehensive vulnerability coverage, including third-party software, while maintaining laser focus on what actually matters for security remediation.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The main limitation I've encountered with CYRISMA is the data privacy scanning feature's inability to perform group or batch scanning, which can be challenging and time-consuming when trying to achieve 100% coverage in large enterprise environments. While the platform does produce some false positives, they're not excessive compared to other vulnerability scanners I've used. As with any actively developed platform, new features occasionally have minor issues upon initial release, though these haven't significantly impacted my productivity and are quickly resolved by their responsive support team. Honestly, I'd rather deal with occasional upgrade bumps in exchange for the useful long-term features they continue to add. Overall, my dislikes are relatively minor compared to the platform's strengths, and the issues I've mentioned are more about missing conveniences than fundamental problems with the core functionality.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CYRISMA is solving the critical problem of actionable vulnerability management by cutting through the noise that plagues many security tools. Instead of wading through irrelevant system data, diagnostic information, and other non-actionable details like I experienced with previous platforms, CYRISMA focuses specifically on vulnerabilities I can actually fix. This saves me significant time and allows me to prioritize remediation efforts effectively. The integrated patch management feature, including the autopatch capability, solved my need for a separate patching solution while streamlining my workflow - I can now identify vulnerabilities and deploy patches from a single platform rather than juggling multiple tools. For clients who need it, the data privacy scanning addresses compliance requirements with pre-built search patterns, eliminating the need to create custom regex expressions. The platform's comprehensive coverage of third-party software vulnerabilities ensures I'm not missing critical security gaps, while the simple dashboard and robust CSV export capabilities make reporting and tracking remediation progress straightforward. Essentially, CYRISMA transforms vulnerability management from a time-consuming data analysis exercise into an efficient, action-oriented security process.

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Great product, like the versatility, and options available to it

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Interface could use a little bit of work, wish there was a away to enable and disable features in each instance for users to be able to access, such as which compliances they can see

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one platform, that can allow us to be able to see multiple risks from different vectors at the same time, and apply then to security and compliance

  ### 9. Cyrisma - A Swiss Army Knife for Client Security and Compliance

Cyrisma is centralizing the process of data-drive risk management and compliance assessments across multiple customers that are spread across a variety of vertical markets. In short, it's simpifying these things and providing extensive features at a fraction of the price of the competition.

  ### 10. Replacing Multiple Tools with Cyrisma: A Game-Changer for Cybersecurity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana (Dany) A. | Service Delivery Manager, CyberSecurity Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I’ve been using Cyrisma since October 2024, and my experience has been fantastic so far. The platform’s graphic interface and Risk dashboard are easy to navigate and read, and I love how Cyrisma combines several tools I was previously using into one central location. This has greatly improved my workflow, providing more clarity and speed by eliminating the need to log into multiple platforms. I haven’t encountered any challenges, and I highly recommend Cyrisma to others. It’s an all-in-one platform that replaces several standalone tools in my cybersecurity stack, making my work much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

I think pricing was our bigest drawback, and needing a tool that has better phone support.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyrisma is solving several key problems for me, primarily by centralizing multiple cybersecurity tools into one platform. Before Cyrisma, I had to log into several separate tools to manage different aspects of my cybersecurity stack, which was time-consuming and fragmented. With Cyrisma, everything is in one place, providing a clear and organized view of risks, and streamlining processes. This has not only saved me time but also improved clarity, making it much easier to track and manage cybersecurity tasks without the hassle of switching between different systems.

nothing at this point

  ### 12. Good visibility and decently effective for patching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard D. | Compliance Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I really like the detail you get with the different scans. While primarily used for vulnerability and patch management. The data scan are a big value add. It helps drive the point that users are not following through with the best practices they are taught with awareness training.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The deployment of agents is a bit clunky. It seems like there is an unnecessary step when you have to "Provision" the agent. Most other tools its create a script the points to a key and you're done. With Cyrisma you have to go back to the UI and essentially confirm the deployment.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulnerability and Patch management.

Understanding all the data that it generates and how to best use it to demonstrate value to the client. It's there, but does take a bit of understanding at what you want to pull out

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing the abilty to demonstrate security value to a client proactively. Showing them how they align to CIS framework standards or a particular compliance standard.

  ### 18. Easy deployment, good reports, lots of development, and a great price!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark V. | Senior Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

We were able to deploy Cyrisma in no time to a bunch of client machines and get usable reports in about 24 hours. From there we had a great game plan on how to bring customers to a better state of security. Pre-sales support was great and quick to answer questions. Have not had to use product support yet - hope they are as good. Sicne we signed up, there has been a lot of development and updates that have value-add. All this and the pricing was very attractive.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

There is a bit of a learning curve in understanding how the scans need to be configured the first time - it is a bit cumbersome. There is a bit of clicking to drill down in some reports.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a good idea of the vulnerabilities that exisit in a client infrastructure.

  ### 19. Good vulnerability platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate B. | Cybersecurity engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

User frindly UI. The platform takes O365 integration. Very nice CVE descrtiptions, shows what devices need to be patched.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

- they are still working on improvements. One minus is data scans, the integration always shows as broken and we are still in process of fixing it.

-the dark web monitoring - good to have, but useless.

-support does not always reply.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyrisma covers vulnerability management for over 100+ clients for us. Currently we are using it daily for vulnerabilities and it has been helpful. But the grades are not always representing a right avarage score which is confusing.

  ### 20. Powerful and capable tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

This tool is able to fill almost all of our needs when it comes to vulnerability management and patch management. Our clients really like the use of this tool and we are able to do all our scans without any problems.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The only downside is that the site can sometimes be glitchy. MFA sometimes fail, and dashboards sometimes fail to load, but overall, it is not too bad.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an internal and external vulnerability scan tool, as well as third party patching. Cyrisma is capable of doing this without a problem.

  ### 21. Solid Vulnerability Management with lots of extras and flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

The licensing model is great, and makes it easy to prospect for new clients as well as support existing clients. Cost for agents is much better than the established players, making the tool available to a wider range. Installs are easy, and support is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Getting reports to look great takes some work, but the bones are there to make it happen.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Established" Vulnerability Management solutions cost too much for SMB, especially when being assisted by an MSSP. Lower price options generally don't work well, but Cyrisma has been very good.

  ### 22. Entire Vulnerability Protection with Cyrisma

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | Senior Technical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Cyrisma's portal is extremely user friendly and the portal is easy to navigate.

I was able to set up a deployment in Intune to deploy the agent to all machines and had the devices showing in the portal in no time making integration to our systems a seamless process.. Setting up vulnerability scans was easy and I was able to set the desired frequency of my scans so I could keep on top of emerging vulnerabilities. Being able to patch vulnerabilities from the portal has saved me a huge amount of time and has made it a lot easier to stay on top of vulnerability and patch management.

I was also able to set up a dark web scan for any domain so I could asses if there was any information or passwords exposed on the Dark Web and this is an excellent feature that any company should have access to. If every I had any question the Cyrisma team was easily contactable and willing to assist with support and information on the product and its functionality.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

I don't think at this point I have found anything I dislike about Cyrisma.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to keep on top of vulnerability and patch management. Cyrisma has also saved me a huge amount of time finding managing and patching vulnerabilities when prepping customers for CE+ certifications.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Visually it looks a little under-dressed. I think the UX/UI could use some tweaking.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have a product in our stack that would reveal security vulnerabilities, and give us ways to improve the networks we're responsible.

  ### 32. Top Notch Security MSP!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I love CYRISMA because it ensures the safety and confidentiality of senitive data. They are not only reputable, but alleviate all security concerns that arise. The team is very professional and have amazing expertise. They go above and beyond to understand the unique security challenges our clients face and provide great solutions that align with our needs. Taking the time to listen, analyze our clients, and recommend solutions without compromising the quality of service is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

I disliked the old GUI, but they are making efforts to make it more user friendly. I would love a tutorial on how to navigate specific categories in the portal so I can become efficient and quick with my work.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CYRISMA helps us solve ever emerging threats while being able to adapt to the landscape and scope of these issues. They apply security patches quickly and minimize potential vulnerabilities for our clients and anything in the network.

  ### 33. CYRISMA - New but Improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Cybersecurity Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

It is a very easy-to-understand and use SaaS solution for Vulnerability Management, among other areas of concern to any security team. I tested against several competitors and, for the discovery of vulnerabilities, found it very comparable to even some of the very best in class. Also, they are super responsive when I have an issue and need assistance or an upgrade to display data in the most helpful way for reviewing.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

I don't have a lot when it comes to a downside. If I had to say anything, it would be the various ways I have been able to create issues by overuse or outperforming the capabilities of the application, specifically the agent. However, with that being said, I know this can be an issue with any new product on the market. In addition, this is not a negative as every issue I have had the response from CYRISMA in digging into the matter, finding the root cause, and remediating the problem has been above and beyond anything I could hope for or have seen with any other product. I hope that can continue as they grow larger and increase their market share.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CYRISMA has shown us where our vulnerabilities are across the board and allowed us to focus our efforts on remediating the most critical vulnerabilities. As we continue to grow with the product, it will help us focus on overall Risk-based remediation of various areas that create a broad attack surface.

  ### 34. Great visibility, low cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Comparible output to regular vulnerability assessment tools without per-IP pricing, and with essentially unlimited rescans and added authenticated functions.

It's really simple to set up the most impactful scans and reports.
More fiddly monitoring has clear instructions, including screenshots.

The new interface is far more responsive and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Optional dark mode on the new interface would be great.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyrisma allows for both point-in-time and ongoing visibility into specific risk areas as well as a broad overview.
We can provide less mature customers with a low-cost entry point to managing their Cyber Security posture, and our more mature customers with a way to monitor and maintain their environments.

  ### 35. CYRISMA is our Go-To Cyber Risk Intelligence Offering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I appreciate all the many different things that CYRISMA can do. I always tell our potential Clients that you get all the bells & whistes & then some that you would get some of the more well known services. But CYRISMA is even better & it all comes at a much more reasonable rate.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about CYRISMA. I think the biggest issue with CYRISMA is that it may offer too much & causes some confusion with our Clients as to what they can & cannot do with the service.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At CyFlare we are trying to give our Clients as much visibility into their cyber security stack. CYRISMA provides that & then some. We also want to be able to look at our Client's week points within their system & assist them in strengthing them.

  ### 36. This is an excellent MSSP and MSP Cyber Security Platform that does exactly what it says on the tin.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

The UI is easily navigatable with cyber specialists in mind. The data risk and cyber security baseline are excellent for customer presentations and awareness. The Web scanning engine is robust and easy to deploy. Feature-rich reports are perfect for C-Grade consumption combining baseline to industry standards, e.g., ISO27001, PCDDSS. The Cyrisma Partner Portal is excellent for knowledge and awareness of the product and related training and marketing information.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Not a dislike - more an improvement
Onboarding new customers to an MSP instance is a manual process requiring a dedicated resource to help deploy agents and then activate them on the portal. This could be improved with self-activating agents; once they call home to the platform, they register with the relevant tenant.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To provide us with a scalable solution that can be deployed to our MSP customer base

  ### 37. Coste effective cybersecurity tool that is great for SMB

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Ease of deployment. Cloud hosted web portals and logging information. No on-site infrastructure is required, although several key assessments do need to be on local servers to give the most detail.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The product is still relatively young and has some bugs to work out. The UX experience needs some improvements, but the next-generation UI is coming out soon. Being hosted and managed in the cloud, there have been recent service disruptions and time is needed to submit a ticket and wait for the issue to be resolved.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our MSP provides various services tightly integrated with cybersecurity, improving our SMB customers' security stature. While we can assess new customers efficiently, the real benefits of Cyrisma come from long-term deployments into an environment, and guide continued security remediation.

  ### 38. Good partnership with Cyrisma

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joaquin H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

The support and involvement from the top management. The solution is very powerful with a good number of features and different scanners and integrations

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The system is not 100% working, it has some bugs, but it is understandable as it is under constant improvement

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyrisma is helping to identify critical weaknesses/vulnerabilities within our client's environment so we can assist in addressing and reducing the risk and the probability of a security incident.

  ### 39. You either have CYRISMA… or you should have CYRISMA!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony C. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Immediately proving to be a must have tool! Show you customers why they need to secure their network and know you are doing all you can to keep them safe.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

It's not cheap... but if you are good at what you do it will pay you back 10X!

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the only way to manage cyber risk and while it's time consuming it is already resulting in sales of security services and products you can feel great about deploying.

  ### 40. Growing product and an excellent team with a promising roadmap.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

The top reasons to switch to Cyrisma:
1) The product roadmap.
2) How well it sells to clients.
3) The great Cyrisma team.

We switched from other bloated products that were VM based on took too much time to deploy/manage. It was a great switch!

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

It is still a growing and developing platform, which is great, but the product is definitely working through some bugs. Thankfully, the team is responsive and does a great job working to resolve issues.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with a unified platform for vulnerability scanning and management. It is much easier to deploy and maintain than prior tools we've used and sells well to clients.

  ### 41. Very good platform that does more than you'd think

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonny B. | CyberSecurity Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I love the new UI. Since they made the change managing Cyrisma is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

There are still some bugs that need to be worked out.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using CYRISMA as our Vulnerability scaning platform. The extra features like DarkWeb scanning and Sensitive Data Discovery are just a bouns that our clients love.

  ### 42. Up your Risk and Vulnerability Management Program!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Endpoint-level vulnerability scanner, ability to integrate with M365, Azure AD, on-prem AD, Stellar Cyber, etc., responsiveness in considering and implementing new feature requests, on-demand patch management.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Currently, UI is not intuitive, making it a bit harder to navigate through the dashboard. But, after a few rounds of customer feedback, their new UI looks promising. Looking forward to begin using it!

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that our organizational risk remains as low as possible. Working from home became a thing and we need to protect assets that are not visible within an office location.

  ### 43. Outstanding experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JOSH B. | Information Security Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

We recently migrated to Cyrisma because we struggled with our last vendor because of the time it took to keep the tool running. Cyrisma just WORKS. It does more and costs less than its competition, and the support team is incredible. During a support call, there was a minor bug, and a developer joined the call and fixed it on the spot. Ryan (our account rep) and Sam (our engineer) have communicated excellently. The company is regularly releasing new features and takes feedback seriously. It is obvious Cyrisma was built by people who understand the needs of the security community. Can't recommend them enough!

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

I can't say anything negative about Cyrisma. Inevitably, something will come up though, and I am confident they will work with me to resolve it. You won't go wrong working with them.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a managed services provider, the ease of deployment helped reduce our overhead and allowed us to focus on remediation and risk reduction. The dark web scanning, secure baseline scanning, and compliance tools will be tremendously helpful and the dashboard is an easy sales tool to potential clients.

  ### 44. Easy Install. Easy Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clay B. | Sr Network/Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Once setup, it just runs with no maintance needed.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Unifi support is lacking. But it seems to be a Unifi problem.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have it installed on firewalls for intrusion prevention.

  ### 45. Great tool and Team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jake m. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

Cyrisma is an impressive tool that offers comprehensive coverage for identifying and prioritising vulnerabilities in complex environments and look forward to diving deeper into its data / dark web capabilities!

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Hard to find things to dislike about Cyrisma but if I had to pick it would be its support for linux which is being added in the next update

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cyrisma to perform authenticated and unauthenticated vulnerability scans during client engagements - recently added its external scans to our testing process and will add other features such as dark web / data scanning to add more dept to future tests.

  ### 46. Vulnerability management done easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

It's very easy to use and provides the beat reports of the vulnerability tools I've tried

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Some limitations for physical infrastructure components make it not wuite as comprehensive as the enterprise products in this space, but it is more rhen enough for SMB clients

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All clients demand vulnerability scanning and management now.

  ### 47. Excellent product, replaces 3-4 tools and reduces cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James N. | vCISO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

The support is amazing and there is not another product out there that offers all of the Risk Assessment tools that CYRISMA does. Typically we would need to have 3-4 different tools to get everything that CYRISMA provides.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The only thing that I have run into is the installation process depending on how a network is setup. That is less of a CYRISMA issues as it is an organizational issue.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identification of all the facets needed to manage risk such as vulnerability management, secure baseline scanning, sensitive data scanning, web application scanning, etc. The other piece that is extremely helpful are the dashboards and reports. It makes it easier to disseminate information to the C-Suite without getting too technical for them.

  ### 48. The platform we have been waiting for has arrived.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

As a seasoned soc analyst, i appreciate the time and effort Cyrisma took developing a solid solution. With this platform a company can consolidate their traditional security controls using this next gen platform.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

My only critique is the interface needs a refresh but i heard it's coming.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients want an affordable solution that is easy to manage, provide information that is relevant to their operation and not being overwhelmed with noise. The way Cyrisma rates a critical vulnerability based is much more effective vs a traditional CVE rating.

  ### 49. Cyrisma Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy X. | Cybercare Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of different scan options, and scanning can be easily scheduled. Vulnerable scan information is detailed and points out the pathway of vulnerable affected applications/ files on each system. Also to point out is how helpful the dashboards are. It lets you know how you progressing, filters out vulnerability levels, and provides CVE links to help assist in patching or providing valuable information.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

Agents don't always respond as intended ( Sometimes initial install agents do not respond back to the instance nor are they discoverable _

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CYRISMA cuts down man hours when threat hunting and helps to provide a valuable solution for our clients to discover current vulnerabilities and provides information to quickly address threats.

  ### 50. Very happy with product and the service provided.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Cyrisma?**

The product is easy to use and very informative when mitigating vulnerabilities.

**What do you dislike about Cyrisma?**

The need to create new mitigation plans when new vulnerabilities are found. It would be more helpful if they just automatically appeared in the existing plan.

**What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing risk within customer infrastructure and making us aware of vulnerabilities within systems.
