**What do you like best about CyberMist?**

What I find most helpful was how easy it was to get in contact with support when needed. Available when you need. I would recommend the ease and use of this product

**What do you dislike about CyberMist?**

Everything is working well so far and haven't run into to many big problems. One thing that could possibly be better is being able to make this more available is the only slight improvement

**What problems is CyberMist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving having to have a security manager on site. Having AI also helps tremendously neutralizing live threats while also providing live threat detection
