"CybaOps Portal: Easy to Navigate, Fast, and Backed by Great Support"

What do you like best about CybaOps?

CybaOps’s portal contains a wealth of information to help maintain and improve a client’s cybersecurity posture, evaluate existing compliance documentation, and support upselling clients to higher tiers of their services. The support from their account managers and support teams from the onboarding to day to day has been great, and its easy to navigate the portal and go between customers. There's been no issues with the speed of the platform, and the pricing is fair for the services that are offered, especially with the new packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CybaOps?

We've had some minor teething issues with the new portal for Cyber Essentials, but the support to deal with these issues has meant it wasn't a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CybaOps?

The product seems to improve continuously. The development team are highly receptive to feedback and criticism, and are keen to implement improvement. The integrations with our SIEM and SOC work very well, and provide a seamless view across multiple datapoints. It can be used not only to discuss/triage incidents, but to get a picture of your overall estate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CybaOps?

The platform still does have a way to go. The UI/UX of the platform still seems to lag behind competitors. Sometimes, there are glitches in the interface, that can reduce confidence. MFA is not mandatory, which I find a little strange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also wanted to address your feedback around MFA. We’ve recently released an update that allows customers to enforce MFA for platform users. This feature is currently in BETA testing and is planned for full release by the end of June.
