What I like most about CybaOps is the way it turns the Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus process into a far more structured, manageable workflow. Having used the platform to support customers through both CE and CE+, I’ve found it especially helpful for spotting gaps, tracking remediation actions, and keeping all the evidence needed for certification organised in one place.
It provides a clear view of where a customer currently stands and what still needs to be addressed, which makes it easier to manage the journey from the initial assessment through to certification readiness. It also helps transform what can otherwise be a very manual compliance exercise into a repeatable process that can be applied consistently across multiple customers.

One area that could be improved is the initial learning curve. CybaOps includes a lot of functionality, so it can take a little time to get comfortable with where everything is and how to use the platform effectively within your own delivery process.
Some parts of the Cyber Essentials journey can still require manual input and follow-up, especially when working with customers to collect the necessary information and evidence. That said, this is partly the nature of delivering Cyber Essentials, rather than a limitation specific to CybaOps.

What I like best about CybaOps is how intuitive the dashboard is. The UI is clean, easy to navigate, and generally makes the platform straightforward to use.
The pricing is competitive, and the onboarding and support experience has been very good and straightforward.
The integrations are clearly still a work in progress, which is understandable at this stage. One area I would really like to see improved is the AI intelligence. At the moment, running reports or searching through the Investigate section can feel quite manual. Turning this into more of a chatbot-style experience, where you can simply ask questions about the environment, incidents, risks or activity and get an intelligent response, would be a fantastic addition and could make the platform much more powerful. One area I would like to see improved is the ability to move from detection to remediation within a single pane of glass.
It would be great if CybaOps not only identified threats, vulnerabilities and suspicious activity, but also allowed you to take immediate action from the same platform for example, quarantining a device, isolating an endpoint, applying a fix or vulnerability , or triggering a remediation workflow.

CybaOps’s portal contains a wealth of information to help maintain and improve a client’s cybersecurity posture, evaluate existing compliance documentation, and support upselling clients to higher tiers of their services. The support from their account managers and support teams from the onboarding to day to day has been great, and its easy to navigate the portal and go between customers. The product seems to improve continuously. The development team are highly receptive to feedback and criticism, and are keen to implement improvement. The integrations with our SIEM and SOC work very well, and provide a seamless view across multiple datapoints. The platform still does have a way to go. The UI/UX of the platform still seems to lag behind competitors. Sometimes, there are glitches in the interface, that can reduce confidence. MFA is not mandatory, which I find a little strange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
