cwRFP Reviews & Product Details

cwRFP is an RFP response platform built exclusively for contingent workforce providers, including staffing firms, managed service providers (MSPs), VMS providers, EOR and AOR providers, and direct sourcing firms. Upload an RFP in Word, PDF, or Excel and cwRFP extracts every question and organizes it by section. Bid readiness scoring shows how well your capabilities match the RFP before your team commits time to it. Answers are generated from your own Q&A library and documents, with citations to every source, so reviewers verify instead of fact-checking from scratch. Conflict detection flags outdated answers when you upload new documents, and win/loss tracking helps every RFP improve the next one. cwRFP was founded by Mickey Pelletier, a 20-year contingent workforce industry veteran. Pricing is published, every plan includes every feature, and billing is month to month. Customer content is not used to train AI models.
