CustomIQ Reviews & Product Details

CustomIQ is an AI marketing agent for small businesses and the agencies that serve them. You describe your goal in a conversation (more sales, leads or bookings). CustomIQ learns your brand from your website and social profiles, proposes a monthly content and campaign plan, and creates everything on-brand. What it creates and manages: • Social content: images, posts, carousels, reels and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn • Paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn: campaign structure, creatives, targeting and budget proposals • SEO articles, a hosted blog and landing pages, plus GEO (visibility in AI answers) • Email campaigns and lead follow-up sequences • Unified inbox and lead alerts It learns from what works: video and reel formats and Meta ad concepts are re-weighted based on real results, and every edit you make teaches it your preferences. Built for agencies too: manage 1, 5 or 15 brands from one account, each with its own brand voice. You stay in control: every post and campaign is proposed first and goes live only when you approve it.
