Customermates Reviews & Product Details

Customermates is an open-source CRM built for small B2B teams that already use AI. Instead of typing into forms, your team works inside Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini while the CRM updates automatically in the background. Deal stages move, follow-ups get drafted, and contact notes stay current without anyone logging in to update them. Most CRMs fail because reps avoid the data entry. Customermates removes the entry barrier entirely by making the AI tools your team already trusts the interface for the CRM. After a call, you tell Claude what happened and the deal, notes, and next action are updated. The pipeline finally reflects reality. Underneath the automation sits a clean, modern CRM with contacts, deals, organizations, services, and customizable pipelines. No bloat, no modules you will never use, just the core entities a small sales team actually needs. Pricing and deployment - Free to self-host via Docker (AGPL-3.0) - EU-cloud hosted from €9 per user per month - Setup takes about two minutes, no migration, no consultants Who it is for Small B2B teams (2 to 20 people) that have tried a CRM before and stopped using it, or are adopting one for the first time and want it to work with their AI workflow from day one.
