Curtis Reviews & Product Details

Curtis is the AI receptionist for home-services businesses: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest control, landscaping and pressure washing. He answers calls 24/7 from the facts the owner approves, asks about the problem first, takes the details the crew needs and books the visit onto the business's calendar. When a caller asks for a person, Curtis passes the call to the team, and he always says he's an AI. Curtis is made by Shortfin Labs in St. Petersburg, Florida, and powered by Atrium.
