## About Cumino
Cumino is an AI-powered applicant tracking system built for organisations that hire at volume: staffing agencies, companies with high turnover, and HR teams recruiting operational and blue-collar roles. Candidates apply through chat — WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram — and can answer with a \*\*voice message instead of filling in a form\*\*. Cumino transcribes the recording, extracts skills and experience, and maps them to ESCO, the European classification of skills, competences, qualifications and occupations, with 98% accuracy. The output is a structured, comparable CV and a match score for each open role. Screening questions are configured per campaign and asked in the same conversation: hard skills, soft skills, logistics, language requirements or custom questions. Eliminatory checks — licences, certifications, availability, legal requirements — are recorded in an auditable form. To book the interview each campaign picks one of three modes: the bot proposes available slots in chat, an AI voice agent calls the candidate, or both, with the call as a follow-up. Recruiters can also place single or batch AI calls from the dashboard. Reminders, calendar invites and rescheduling are automated. A kanban selection pipeline, real-time funnel analytics and a REST API complete the platform. Cumino is built for the European regulatory framework. AI systems used in recruitment fall under the high-risk category of the EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689, Annex III), and Cumino is designed accordingly: auditable decisions, human oversight, retained logs, plus the transparency obligations for systems that interact with people. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. GDPR compliant, with candidate data encrypted end-to-end on European infrastructure. Cloud, no installation. Runs standalone as a full ATS, or as a layer on top of an ATS already in place.
