What do you like best about Cuebo?

Honestly, I really like Cuebo. The AI feels very close to real-time customer conversations, so the practice actually helps. Since I’m newly joined, using Cuebo made a big difference my performance improved within the very next month.

What do you dislike about Cuebo?

What do you dislike about Cuebo?

Cuebo is a good platform overall, but there are a few areas that can be improved. Sometimes, when we are on a call, it disconnects automatically, which interrupts the flow of the conversation. Also, when we talk to the AI and try to interrupt or speak in between, the system tends to end the conversation abruptly instead of continuing naturally. It's easy to learn the topics we need to cover, by taking simulation multiple times - we can easily pitch the offers and details about the in-depth product. Also, asks questions which generally customer has doubt. and the best thing is after completing simulation it allows us too see how can we do better - what are the things we can promote our sales pitching. Sometimes Cuebo AI asks too many questions in a single time, we are not able to answer it- it should ask like one question at each time. and it asks very in depth questions about the product which we don't have the knowledge or we should have also been provided with separate modules to learn more about the mechanical terms related w the vehicle.
