Shallow learning is needed to use this tool as it consists of familiar features that can be found in any antivirus software. Secondly, it's open-source software that's automated and can be installed easily. I can even sync it with my android phone and get updates automatically on my dashboard on windows. **What do you dislike about Cuckoo Sandbox?** One thing that bothered me first was their support or helpdesk which is also automated bots and I couldn't find their real support team helping me when I need some severe issues. Sometimes their web API stucks in between and hangs the entire system which makes frustrations. **What problems is Cuckoo Sandbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using some paid antivirus but most just delete the files in my system without bothering to check false positives. As I started searching for free open source antivirus tools for my website and desktop and mobile phone, I found Cuckoo sandbox.
