I loved their simple, easy-to-understand user interface that makes my onboarding easy. Shallow learning is needed to use this tool as it consists of familiar features that can be found in any antivirus software.

One thing that bothered me first was their support or helpdesk which is also automated bots and I couldn't find their real support team helping me when I need some severe issues. Cuckoo Sandbox is supported on multiple operating systems like windows, Linux, Mac and Android, which is quite helpful. Also, the source code of this software is available, which I like the most.
