**What do you like best about CTO.ai?**

CTO provides a serverless deployment platform in which we can build our application quickly without worrying about the underlying infrastructure management. It runs our application based on GitHub events which automatically acts as a trigger to build and deploy using CTO services. These event-triggered workflows can also be manually added to our pipeline through YAML scripts. It provides granular customization where we can define our run-time language, secrets, config files, and specific event triggers.

**What do you dislike about CTO.ai?**

We can easily connect to our database, or we can leverage a database hosted at the CTO platform. Through our YAML scripts, we can integrate CTO to our client database easily as we state username, secret and database URL in its config value property. We can derive all keys, set secrets, and delete secrets conveniently by either using CLI or by using Slack commands.

**What problems is CTO.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customized Pipeline builds, deployments and hotfixes are the significant benefits realized from using CTO. Our Docker builds are triggered whenever we initiate merge requests in our GitHub repository. After building our pipeline, we can simply test them on our docker-engine using CLI commands and make them ready for publishing. Pipeline publish action is done after we link it to our team's channel in Slack and run the Slack command. Pipeline hotfix action is also supported in CTO as we can create a new hotfix branch and deploy the hotfix release pipeline once our client approves it.
