Csols was very flexible and communicative. They were easy to work with and very understanding of internal changes and priority shifts.

**What do you dislike about CSols?**

We didn't have anything we disliked about Csols.

**What problems is CSols solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Csols drafted qualification documentation for our Electronic Lab Notebook platform.

**What do you like best about CSols?**

Support engineers willing to learn how your environment works to get the most intricate problems solved

**What do you dislike about CSols?**

None that I can speak of yet. We have been using them around a year now.

**What problems is CSols solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very knowledgeable LIMS developers and engineers. They are personable with our users and present very good problem-solving skills. Our support engineers have been very responsive to both our IT team and users. The account management team is also good.
