They were professional throughout and provided the tools and support we needed to navigate the new vendor selection process. **What do you dislike about CSols?** The only negative I can point to was a minor misunderstanding about our workflow with our sister labs that appeared in the final strategic roadmap. We raised it in one of the last meetings, and the roadmap was updated to reflect the change, so it ultimately had no impact on the overall process. **Recommendations to others considering CSols:** CSols is very professional, and they have a strong understanding of how laboratories work. That was very beneficial throughout the process because we did not have to walk them through the details of our workflows. They also helped us build buy-in with staff, which can be a huge roadblock if it is not handled well. The roadmap they provided at the end is very detailed, and it will be a great help as we move forward with the selected vendor into the implementation phase. **What problems is CSols solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were selecting a new LIMS vendor to replace our current LIMS system, and this helped streamline the process while ensuring we didn’t miss any critical steps. ### 2. They are personable with our users and present very good problem-solving skills. Our support engineers have been very responsive to both our IT team and users.
