Core modules include RFI and submittal workflows with SLA tracking and bi-directional Procore integration, AIA G702/G703 pay applications and T&M billing for AEC firms, certified payroll with Davis-Bacon support, DCAA compliance with FAR 31 cost allowability checking, job costing with budget-to-actuals reporting, a full HR suite with 10 sub-modules, COI tracking with automatic payment blocking on expiry, OSHA 300/300A/301 recordkeeping, a global vendor marketplace, and BEARY — an AI assistant embedded across all modules. The platform includes role-specific workspaces for general contractors, subcontractors, architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and consulting firms. A mobile app for iOS and Android provides offline field access for daily logs, photo capture, inspections, punch lists, time logging, and QR-based material receiving.
