With CSG Forte, we've been able to introduce new technologies like text to pay, email to pay, and voice to pay to our customers. It's especially helpful when dealing with government services since we can operate in both English or Spanish. The initial setup was very easy, and our technology team worked seamlessly with their team for successful integrations. We've been handling hundreds of thousands of credit card transactions and financial reporting back to the clients without any issues. I no longer have to juggle multiple platforms and logins, and all of my payment operations are now managed and monitored in one location - saving me time and money. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, with a great dashboard for reporting and analytics.
