What do you like best about Crystal?

The way Crystal identifies your personality and nuances is incredible to start, but the biggest thing is the accuracy. I have used this to look at different post holders in the companies I would like to apply for or for potential leads, and it blew my mind. What do you like best about Crystal?

We did the myers-briggs/colours exercise internally at my company so it has legitimacy as a concept + CK pretty accurately guesses peoples' colour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
