How much does Crystal cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Crystal pricing in 2026 starts at $59.00 and can reach $588.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Crystal's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Crystal pricing best suited for?

According to G2 users, Crystal's pricing is best suited for individual sales professionals and small sales teams who engage in frequent prospecting and client meetings. The Premium tier appeals most to small business reviewers in consulting, marketing, IT services, staffing, and real estate who rely on LinkedIn-based outreach. G2 reviews of Crystal indicate that mid-market teams in technology and staffing also find strong value when Crystal is deployed across a sales function. The Business tier targets larger organizations needing CRM integrations and bulk enrichment. Occasional users, job seekers, and solopreneurs consistently flag Crystal's pricing as misaligned with their lower-frequency needs, suggesting the free tier is their most practical entry point.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Crystal?

Crystal's free tier provides access to a DISC assessment, five additional personality assessments, basic profile content, a LinkedIn extension, and a templated playbook builder, but limits users to just five profile views. G2 reviewers frequently cite this cap as a major frustration, with many noting the credits are exhausted before they can properly evaluate Crystal's value. Crystal's paid Premium plans, starting at $59.00 per month or $588.00 per year, unlock 20 or 240 profiles respectively, full premium profile content, calendar integration, and a custom playbook builder. The Business tier adds CRM integrations, recruiting tools, API access, and a dedicated customer success manager for larger teams.

Is Crystal considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly rate Crystal at 4.5 to 5 stars, yet pricing complaints are among the most frequently cited cons across nearly every review segment. This pattern signals a premium tool that delivers genuine value but at a cost many find hard to justify. Small business owners, solopreneurs, and occasional users repeatedly describe Crystal's pricing as too high relative to their usage frequency. However, sales professionals and teams who use Crystal regularly report measurable outcomes, including faster trust-building, higher response rates, and improved deal closure. G2 reviews of Crystal suggest it delivers strong ROI for consistent users but may feel cost-prohibitive for light or individual use cases.

"Insightful Add-On for LinkedIn with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Crystal?

I use Crystal alongside LinkedIn and absolutely love the insights I get from it. What I love most about Crystal is the chart feature based on BANK personalities. It's familiar to most people and shows where someone is in relation to you, which is really important if they're polar opposites of your personality. It helps ensure that I don't expect them to react the way I would. I find it super helpful, especially when more than one person is going to be in a meeting, to take a look at how they're going to interact together. The setup was incredibly easy; basically, you just turn it on, pay, and go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crystal?

I would say if there's anything that doesn't work well for me, it's the pricing. It isn't very responsive to an early-stage company. The per-seat pricing for my organization means that I'm really the only one at this juncture that can afford to have the product. I would love to be able to integrate it in for all of my salespeople and my service people as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
