Analytical tools are the best part as I can easily analyse all the competitors' info. There are much data and comparison provided, giving us a chance to know more what other's doing. After understanding the market's demand and standard, promotion and content ideas can be adjusted.

The downside for me is that it took a while to understand to be able to use in a really meaningful way. The platform allows for such deep research that is very helpful to a niche user, but it took me some time to be able to utilize in that way and I felt I was just scraping the surface of content. Crowdtangle is versatile tool that can be beneficial for media tracking, publicity, editorial, and even general social listening needs. The ability to create lists of publishers, influencers, etc. and hone in on what the conversation is about in real time is extremely useful to be reactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
