It uses smart tools to find and fix problems before they become big issues. The dashboards are easy to use, and it helps keep everything secure. **What do you dislike about CrossIdeas?** What I dislike about CrossIdeas is that it can be a bit complicated to set up at first. The integration with other systems might take time and need expert help. Also, it might be too advanced for smaller companies that don’t need all the features. **What problems is CrossIdeas solving and how is that benefiting you?** CrossIdeas solves the problem of managing who can access important data and applications in a company. It made it easy to input new employees/contractors while at the same time administering them the right applications in one go. **What do you dislike about CrossIdeas?** Here CrossIdeas lacks opportunities for interaction with other access control systems. Our organization employs a very reliable SSO system, and CrossIdeas is not compatible with it as it should be. **What problems is CrossIdeas solving and how is that benefiting you?** CrossIdeas automates the provision of users which used to be a complicated task that involved manual operations. This relieves IT work and minimizes the chances of a person making a mistake when issuing credentials. ### 3.
