## About Crewty
Crewty is booking, scheduling, and payment software for home and field service businesses. It replaces the mix of paper schedules, spreadsheets, group texts, and separate payment tools that most service companies outgrow, and brings quoting, dispatch, time tracking, and getting paid into one system. Businesses build their own booking forms in Crewty, with custom questions and pricing rules attached to the answers. A cleaning company can charge a base rate plus an amount per bedroom and bathroom, and the total updates live as the customer fills in the form. The same form works three ways: as a hosted booking page, as an embedded widget on an existing website, and as the internal form staff use when taking a job over the phone. Jobs land on a shared calendar by day, week, or month, color coded by status. Owners assign one or more team members to a job and split the work between them. Staff clock in and out from their phones, with location captured at the start and end of a shift, so payroll reflects real hours worked instead of estimates. Payments run through each business's own Stripe account, so money moves directly to the company rather than through a middleman. Businesses can collect deposits at booking, save a card on file for later, send payment links, and issue invoices. Paying the crew happens in the same place, with staff paid by hourly rate, a percentage of the job, or a set amount for one specific job, then sent by Stripe transfer or recorded as cash, e-transfer, or cheque. Recurring work runs on autopilot. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and custom repeat schedules generate real bookings ahead of time and can charge the customer's saved card once the job is marked complete. For short term rental cleaning, Crewty syncs with property calendars so turnovers are created automatically as guests check out. Staff manage their assigned jobs from a mobile app, and clients get their own portal to view upcoming visits, invoices, and receipts. Crewty is used by cleaning companies, landscapers, HVAC and plumbing contractors, pest control operators, car detailers, pressure washing crews, junk removal teams, pool services, and Airbnb turnover cleaners. It is built for owner operators and small teams who want the scheduling and billing side of the business to run without constant manual follow up.
