## About Crewty
Crewty is booking, scheduling, and payment software for home and field service businesses. It replaces the mix of paper schedules, spreadsheets, group texts, and separate payment tools that most service companies outgrow, and brings quoting, dispatch, time tracking, and getting paid into one system. Businesses build their own booking forms in Crewty, with custom questions and pricing rules attached to the answers. A cleaning company can charge a base rate plus an amount per bedroom and bathroom, and the total updates live as the customer fills in the form. The same form works three ways: as a hosted booking page, as an embedded widget on an existing website, and as the internal form staff use when taking a job over the phone. Jobs land on a shared calendar by day, week, or month, color coded by status. Owners assign one or more team members to a job and split the work between them. Staff clock in and out from their phones, with location captured at the start and end of a shift, so payroll reflects real hours worked instead of estimates. Payments run through each business's own Stripe account, so money moves directly to the company rather than through a middleman. Businesses can collect deposits at booking, save a card on file for later, send payment links, and issue invoices. Paying the crew happens in the same place, with staff paid by hourly rate, a percentage of the job, or a set amount for one specific job, then sent by Stripe transfer or recorded as cash, e-transfer, or cheque. Recurring work runs on autopilot. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and custom repeat schedules generate real bookings ahead of time and can charge the customer's saved card once the job is marked complete. For short term rental cleaning, Crewty syncs with property calendars so turnovers are created automatically as guests check out. Staff manage their assigned jobs from a mobile app, and clients get their own portal to view upcoming visits, invoices, and receipts. Crewty is used by cleaning companies, landscapers, HVAC and plumbing contractors, pest control operators, car detailers, pressure washing crews, junk removal teams, pool services, and Airbnb turnover cleaners. It is built for owner operators and small teams who want the scheduling and billing side of the business to run without constant manual follow up.

**What do you like best about Crewty?**

What I like best about crewty is how it takes the mess out of my garage door operation, before I relied heavily on manual work such as texts and note app, now everything is laid out on one app which makes it a lot easier for me, the GPS clock in/out function is something I really liked as it has cleaned up payroll disputes

**What do you dislike about Crewty?**

There aren’t much I would complain about just some minor things I’d mention such as it took our older staff members some adjustment to get fully comfortable with that, but that is also because they haven’t used much tech in the operation yet.

**What problems is Crewty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before crewty we faced a big issue with coordination, managing jobs with the entire team through group chats was very stressful and took a lot of time, with crewty that is fixed as there is a messaging function built within the app and also complete staff management

**What do you like best about Crewty?**

Crewty was the one stop tool I needed in my business, I liked how I didn't have to rely on several tools but rather I was able to just manage everything I need from one place. Pricing was reasonable and especially if you consider pricing across several different platforms then you are saving a lot more, performance was smooth and effective, onboarding easy informational.

**What do you dislike about Crewty?**

Potential improvements for Crewty would include having a 1:1 breakthrough session available at any given time, although they do have a support system, having a zoom session for example would be helpful I feel.

**What problems is Crewty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crewty is solving the issue of mental constraint, it helps operators go to one software and handle their business needs rather than go several different places, the software is also easy to use and I have tried other softwares in the past, this was far easier and user friendly.

**What do you like best about Crewty?**

I really appreciate Crewty for its simplicity and straightforwardness. It's intuitive and easy to understand, which is a massive plus. I like that it consolidates multiple functions, allowing me to manage my business, set up appointments, take and make payments, schedule hours, and set up jobs all in one tool. It simplifies what would otherwise require multiple apps and tools. I enjoy the scheduling feature, and the ability to auto-charge clients and auto-pay staff is very convenient. The way Crewty presents data and organizes jobs in an organized and visually appealing manner adds to its value. Ultimately, it helps streamline my entire business process, keeping everything smooth and organized.

**What do you dislike about Crewty?**

I just think one of the issues that I do have sometimes the app does seem a little bit slow. So if they're able to optimize the app a bit further, I think it would solve most of the issues that I have with it. Also, in the beginning, it was slightly challenging to get everybody registered. There were some technologically illiterate people who had difficulty familiarizing themselves with the Crewty app. Half of us were using it, the other half were not, and that was a little bit difficult. But once integrated from top to bottom, everything runs smoothly.

**What problems is Crewty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crewty simplifies my business operations by managing appointments, payments, staff scheduling, and invoicing all in one place. It reduces the need for multiple tools, making everything straightforward, intuitive, and organized, helping me overcome the challenge of business organization.
