I really appreciate Crewty for its simplicity and straightforwardness. It's intuitive and easy to understand, which is a massive plus. I like that it consolidates multiple functions, allowing me to manage my business, set up appointments, take and make payments, schedule hours, and set up jobs all in one tool. It simplifies what would otherwise require multiple apps and tools. I enjoy the scheduling feature, and the ability to auto-charge clients and auto-pay staff is very convenient. The way Crewty presents data and organizes jobs in an organized and visually appealing manner adds to its value. I just think one of the issues that I do have sometimes the app does seem a little bit slow. So if they're able to optimize the app a bit further, I think it would solve most of the issues that I have with it. Also, in the beginning, it was slightly challenging to get everybody registered. There were some technologically illiterate people who had difficulty familiarizing themselves with the Crewty app. Half of us were using it, the other half were not, and that was a little bit difficult.
