CrewCommander Reviews & Product Details

CrewCommander is the first AI-native CRM built from the ground up for residential roofing contractors. At its core is Commander — an AI agent powered by Anthropic Claude that operates your CRM by conversation. Tell it what you need in plain English and it handles the rest: creating jobs, generating proposals, scheduling crews, following up on leads, and coaching your sales reps. Unlike traditional roofing CRMs, CrewCommander includes every feature on every pricing tier. No paid add-ons for proposals, texting, customer portals, or crew management. The Producer plan at $149/mo gets the same AI, the same tools, and the same advantage as the Director plan at $399/mo — the only difference is team size. Key capabilities: AI command interface, roof measurement integration (Roofr, EagleView, any provider), geometry-based waste calculation, full proposal builder with e-signatures, customer portal, subcontractor portal, calendar and scheduling, SMS and email, built-in product and sales training, team management with branches, and Stripe-powered payments.
