Cresta Conversation Intelligence Reviews & Product Details

Cresta Conversational Intelligence is an AI-powered product that analyzes 100% of customer interactions — across voice, chat, and digital channels — to surface insights about agent performance, customer behavior, and operational trends, and to power quality management, coaching, and agent training built on that same data. Rather than relying on manual sampling or keyword rules, the product uses large language models to understand conversation meaning, identify what drives outcomes like resolution, CSAT, and sales conversion, and deliver those insights in formats that executives, operations leaders, quality teams, and coaches can act on. Capabilities include an AI research agent that plans and runs analyses—building charts, comparing cohorts, and drafting briefs—in response to plain-English questions, real-time detection of emerging topics and anomalies, AI-generated topic taxonomies, automated quality scoring, sentiment analysis, performance benchmarking across the entire agent population, and simulation-based agent training in which agents practice against simulated customers built from real conversation data and graded on the same criteria used in live quality reviews. Cresta Conversational Intelligence is used by enterprise contact centers to turn conversation data into evidence-backed answers to strategic and operational business questions, scale QA coverage beyond what manual review allows, identify coaching opportunities tied to measurable business outcomes, prepare agents through simulated practice before they handle live interactions, and give executives a consistent, data-driven view of performance across teams, channels, and time periods.
