
I love both the customer service and the software from CredNet. The quick responses to my questions by email and through video calls were really helpful, as they walked me through everything with clear details. It's unique to find such a level of eager and informative customer service nowadays. I appreciate that they don't just leave you hanging after signing up, which feels really rare. The service is great, but the customer service is even better, and the tool itself is unique and extremely user-friendly. It saves me a lot of time in my day-to-day activities. I find it really valuable to have all my credentialing paperwork organized in one spot, and it saves me time from having to find everything. I also love the weekly emails that highlight upcoming documents or licenses that need renewal, which keeps me on track and gives me plenty of time to complete those tasks.
