## About CrecheHQ
CrecheHQ is childcare management software for Irish crèches, preschools and afterschool services. It brings attendance, family billing, ECCE and NCS funding records, staff planning and parent communication into one platform. Providers can record check-ins and check-outs through an offline-capable kiosk, which continues recording attendance when WiFi is unavailable and syncs when the connection returns. Live room-by-room ratios and attendance history help teams review room coverage throughout the day. Family invoicing includes ECCE and NCS deductions, payment tracking, part-payments and family credits. With Stripe configured, parents can pay invoices by card or SEPA Direct Debit. HiveSync imports registration files exported from the Early Years Hive, matches records to children and helps providers review differences before their next submission. Staff tools support weekly room rosters, coverage checks, leave requests and leave balances. Room-based team chat keeps conversations organised. Parent communication, daily logs, a waitlist and transport management support the wider working day, from a family's first application to school collections. CrecheHQ hosts data in the EU and provides support from Ireland. Data import assistance, onboarding support and staff training are included to help settings prepare their records and teams for the move. The monthly subscription starts at €49 plus VAT per site, including 15 children. Additional children cost €2 each per month, with the subscription capped at €199 per site per month. All core features and unlimited staff accounts are included. There are no setup fees, and online payment collection has separate processing charges.
